You don't do anything except unite your consciousness with His by opening your heart. His words resonate to keep your attention focused on the Master. Allow the experience without the mind's involvement. When you attune yourself to the undifferentiated consciousness of a Master, you will experience the "no mind" state of His Sahaj Samadhi or the silent ecstasy of the Master's natural state of enlightenment. Stop trying to "do" and simply receive the grace that is given.

whoa, im a healer and i havent felt no energy like that. the bones in my legs became warm and i couldnt move my legs. energy everywhere, whoa! im watching again that was wonderful, im still feeling the energy, im also an empath so i dont know if that has anything to do with it or not but this felt different, strong and very pure. thank you

Be assured that miracles have occurred all around Yogiraj along with so many healings and deep spiritual visions shared by so many people's testimonies, That presently a book of these experiences is being compiled. In the meantime, be assured that all siddhis are manifest in Yogiraj.

@gerazurabeddy It's Because time of visual tricks have come to a "boiling point", where it is needed to understand how to harness the "hot water" (ie. flying) and the key is sense of responsibility, you can't handle the hot water without right tools. The tool is one's mind. Understanding may take whole lifetime, but benefits and progression always awaits for the eager. He understands that it not time to show hocus pocus things, while understanding is the primary value to teach.

ow am i supposed to follow my heart and soul when the world is full of evil trickery selfish and dangerous web. When i follow my heart it is not strong enough to put up a strong front to tackle with situatons that requires much selfishness, as it loves nearly everything, I hav to use my intellectual to tackle these material world just to get by, how i wished this was satya yug.

No, Kriya is not an intellectual process. It is pranayam in the sushumnna nadi; the pran apan yagya. With Kriya only action is effective in the practice during sadhanna. Talking and thinking are useless and pointless except to understand how to DO the technique. The doing is the key; everything else is just noise.

Sir ,Can't one practise kriya yoga by just reading and understanding as well as practise.
I got very hot everywhere on my body and started to sweat everywhere as well.
I had a dream where Yogiraj and I were on a bed surrounded by green water. There were fish swimming in the green water that had large teeth. Yogiraj said, "don't worry about them. I'll take care of them." Then we laughed together. I think the bed represents dream consciousness and the green water represents the heart chakra. The fish represent fear.
he wants you to go to the path of nothingness think about that.. You don't want to find yourself alone in nothingness.
