Built this following along with your video. Very compact and works great for ISS and other amateur satellites. SWR is under 1.7 across most of the 2m band, with dips to 1.03. I will be using this ALOT! Thank you for the video!
You make it look easy, bud! I have never worked the sats before, but this looks like a good #coronapocalypse project for me and the kids. Thanks!
Thanks. I have more info and antenna making on my website.
@@FuzzThePiGuy Terrific, looking at it now.
hello nice video useful even it was 4 years ago. Quick question, how do you determine the size of the handle?
Thanks for the video. OBTW, happy Pi Day (3.14)
Thanks
Thank you.

are there any important considerations for the match wire? kinda looks to me like it's shorting the dipoles out? Also, where do you get 4 way connectors - not seen any at my local diy / plumbers supplies.
If I was to make a 30 element yagi would I do it just like this but with the added tape measure elements
With a 30 elements you will be the vhf dx guy hshshshs
73, WP4RPS
How many watts does it handle, and what is the SWR if you have tested it?
73's!
Dumb question.... If I ran a VHF 50ohm cable to it, how many watts do you think I could push through it?
I've read no more than 10-15 watts
Uhm... not using 50ohm coax?
