- Ramadan Mubarak to all those who are celebrating Ramadan! Today we decided to create our iftar bowls, which consists of Bara, Pholourie, and Channa. For the sauces we also made mango and tamarind sour. To go along with everything we made Chai Tea.

Hope you Guys had a Happy and Blessed Ramadan.My son daughter and I did despite Covid lockdown and we are under a state of emergency. We have the highest amount of Covid Positive Cases and death per capita in the world. We had a population of over 1.4 million. We being reduced drastically each day by Covid 19 and mass murders.So you guys provide great entertain during this very sad frustrating and oppressing time in Trinidad and Tobago. Thank you. Amazing soak dholl over night and blend it very tasty you can also used self rising flour it absorbs less oil for bara add eggs also to soften it with no yeast you guys can cook delicious bara and poulrie ,
