I have thick hair and I just use fat hair ties, I get them at Walmart, I have to use two of them to get my hair in a tight bun cause of how long and thick my hair is
I've been growing out my hair to cut it into shoulder length but maybe doing these will look good and be worth it instead of me just putting it into a ponytail
Just a tip, try using different shampoos/product's to make look/feel better, cause I don't have straight hair at all, it's veryyy puffy but recently I found my favorite shampoo and conditioner and my hair is 10× better :]
