Codeforces Profile Review | Here's Why Your Rating is Not Increasing | Episode 4

- Seeing the response on my last few Codeforces Profile Review sessions, I thought of doing one more. I was always told that the profiles I had reviewed till now were mostly of people less than 1200 rating. This time I decided to choose 12 profiles spread across 700 to 1700 ratings. I have reviewed each profile in great depth and hence the video is a little longer. For people whose profile wasn't selected, don't worry you can still learn a lot by just seeing others' profiles being reviewed. Here's a small homework for anybody who's watching this video, after watching the complete video you need to commend down 3-4 points, from the ones I discuss in this video, that you feel you can apply to your Codeforces journey too.

Why're you stressing so much?
Simply go to CF, filter 800-1000 rated questions and then you'll get the recent questions first.

Firstly, it is completely alright. Secondly, you should read the editorial of the problem after giving an honest attempt to it. Read the editorial in chunks. Read the first few lines, pause, try to think again, read the next few lines...
Also, if you're still not able to understand anything, it is even okay to skip this particular problem right now and come back to it 2 months later when you're much more skilled.

@@HarshSingh-ll1sq I wouldn't say it was god gifted. I solved 2000 problems on Codeforces, most of which were outside my comfort zone. I struggled for 2 years to go from CM to Master.
I failed a lot of times during those 2 years btw.

Thanks for including my profile 28:40 (actually im in final year of my BCA and at this point i think i have to do some hard or medium range leetcode questions and continue giving cp contest .) i breaked the consistency just becuase sometime i start solving easy que to maintain consistency or give less time to solve a question as its gets sometime hard to manage time and other commitments ) yep i will be taking some a month break from codeforces just to explore some other sites :) @priyan agarwal
