  • One skill you should master is control over your ejaculation.
    This gives you the ability to continue making love until your woman is able to have ― at a minimum ― at least one orgasm during a roll in the hay...
    And the beauty of completely mastering this skill is when you can last long enough to give your woman multiple orgasms during your love-making session.
    I came up with a triad of skills that can be easily mastered to gain full control over your orgasm, but the most critical place to start is a simple muscle exercise that strengthens the muscle that controls ejaculation.
    If this muscle is weak, I don't care whatever else you try, like thinking about ridiculous non-sexy things like your nasty boss or a boring telephone booth, you literally won't have control over your orgasm until you have control over this muscle.
    Fear not though. I have a simple method for strengthening this muscle that will have you lasting longer in no time.
    I explain how to do this exercise in this short video.
    A great side benefit of strengthening this muscle is a stronger and firmer... you know what.

      This is just superb, I've been looking for "average a man lasts in bed" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you ever come across - Taayichool Longer Prepotence - (just google it ) ? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my neighbour got cool success with it.

    To be clear this tutorial is limited to the actual exercise and does not provide any info on how to last longer. If you want to last longer there are two very important things you need to do while you're having sex. First, do not tense the PB muscle, you shall instead let it relax. Second, control your breathing by slowly filling up your lungs completey and exhale slowly. You need to take full breaths.
    Trust me guys and thank me later, but you will see an immediate improvement and last longer if you practice just these two things.

      When attempting to isolate your PC muscle it's not uncommon to also engage the sphincter muscles of your anus as they are close to each other. Flexing the sphincter muscle a little along with the PC Muscle shouldn't be a big deal but you might be pushing way too hard.

    Nice tip about kegels. The exercise routine seems like a great one. However there are many that find even greater benefits by doing Reverse Kegels where you push this muscle out and hold. Could you make a video on those?

    so I tried this for a few days just to practice. it definitely helps if you focus on your breathing . if you masturbate, focus on that muscle being calm and focus on your breathing to try and make the session last longer and if you can control that then it definitely helps in bed

    I cannot isolate my PC muscle with my butts muscle. Each time I try to do the exercises my butts or abs tensed. Is there anyway to fix this ?

      You're not suppose to hold your breath while doing the PC muscle exercises. In fact, you should make sure you do continue to breath while doing them.

    Good information. But while following uninspiring repet. steps here and there in the day, could benefit come from, say, a floating visual concept, as "Doing this for 'Barbie!'", say... for instance... or for the next cute girl. Etc.

    Breathing softly and deeply during love making also helps.

    Other instructions on men doing kegels recommend strongly that one do these exercises only every other day. The subject muscles exercised are true skeletal muscles (i.e., not smooth or cardiac muscles, the other two types of muscle, and even though possibly not directly attached to a bone) and need to rest between exercise sessions. BTW, alternate-day workouts is the usual procedure of weightlifters. This proactively prevents overtraining. I get this advice from Exercising the Penis by Aaron Kemmer (possibly no longer in print). Jason recommends resting if one's equipment is already sore (at about 7:13). It's likely best to prevent overtraining entirely by doing kegels on alternate days.

    I found that exercises for me were impractical so I started investigating other options. Googled a lot of stuff and sprays seemed to be pretty good choice. I tried a couple and found promescent to be the best for me. Definitely worth a try.

      Not sure why the exercises would be impractical when they are simple and can literally be done anywhere unnoticed. I highly recommend avoiding numbing sprays, gels, and creams because they don't just desensitize you, they effect your woman too. If she's numb she won't be able to orgasm or enjoy the sex as much. Better to fix the problem than shell out money for a band aid constantly that makes the experience worse for her.

    How do I do this without feeling anything in my abdomen ?
    I can locate my PC and I can hold it for 3 seconds and more, but I do feel a pull in my abdomen muscles, not a rigorous pull and holding breath in but a slight contraction, is it alright ? am I doing it correctly?

    Hi Jason,
    I need to share my experience with exercising the PC muscle.
    I do some exercises before I find this video, and I found this video and followed it.
    Now I have same feelings, I am not sure I am working the PC muscle only or not.
    I suspected that there is some tension around my belly button .. I read you pointed some here that they need to strengthen it so those feelings get better by time.
    I can make 10 times each 7 hold 7 release, by today I thought to breath in the belly before and after holding the muscle .. I feel little different ..
    And to add, I am not sequeezing it while holding, just holding it enough as it is not released anymore, but stable at this holding position.
    I was feeling making effort in beginning, 3 hold 3 release, but after sometime I felt better and feeling effort doing the 5 one, then I can now do my first 7.
    Am I doing something wrong, I know I don't have a good nerve, will be better by time, but should I pay attention to this little feeling around my belly button, and it is wasting my work after all, or that is fine, or?
    I am sitting, tried to do like you said about yourself before, holding it while typing and breathing normally, I just feel immediate tension around belly button, just little feeling ..
    Can I keep working and there is a possibility to be better?
    BTW, I have no girls in my life, and cannot know if I am getting better or not.

    I have started these exercises but how do you apply them in bed exactly?
    Do you automatically start to last longer in bed when you make this muscle stronger or do you need to do something with your PC muscle while having sex? Like contract it, or not contract it? Could you give a bit more background info?

      Great question. The key is to keep your PC muscle relaxed during sex, however you have to strengthen it to have full control to be able to do that. The stronger it is, the easier it is to relax during intercourse.

      The key is to actually keep this muscle relaxed during sex. However, first you must strengthen it and you will gain the ability to relax it.

      There is no 1 fix to lasting longer, Most of it is mental if you're experiencing premature ejaculation. Maybe one night when you were young you were with a hot chick and felt pressured or just finished fast which resulted in her putting you down... that one event can and does ruin years of his life. You have lost before you even start

    easy way , breathe with your tongue up, exhale with the tongue down, when exhaling contract the glutes and pull the belly button backwards. enjoy having fun , if you really want body strength also before breathing pull up the left hip, this helps on the long run due to our body anatomy and how our internal organs are arranged inside us

    thank you so much for these information in this video, but I have some questions, now, I tried to do these exercise and I had many times to got the DC muscle, but the problem that I found, that I should every time to pee at first just to can control the muscle, so I had to pee every time I wanna practice it, the second problem that I found that I can squeeze these muscle for just three seconds (when I pee), and a second or a second and half when I squeeze the muscle if I’m not peeing, and you said that the man should squeeze it for three second every time, so my first question is, what I can do to can control with out peeing? Should I keep doing what I’m doing every time till I can control it totally? The second question is what I can do to squeeze it for three seconds each time?
    The third question is should I do it daily or day by day (3or 4days per week)?
    The forth question is, how can the muscle control the orgasm while I having sex? Does the muscle do its job by itself? Or should I squeeze the muscle? And I should squeeze the muscle, when I should do it?
    The fifth question, if a guy is not married and doing masturbation daily, should he do something extra?

    I didn't understand the exercise, how do I contract this PC muscle

      Just contract the pc muscle like you are trying to hold your urine from coming out and remember to breathe while doing so.

    When you lift weights or use your body to strengthen any muscle in your body, you need a recovery period of about 48 hours. What happens during the recovery period is that your body grows and strengthens on recovery days. So isn’t this muscle the same as every other muscle in your body? So ... should you do this PC muscle exercise not every day but every 2nd day?

      That's highly dependent on the muscle and the type of exercise. For example lifting heavy weights and doing something like squats requires a longer recovery period, however you can do ab workouts more frequently with less recovery time between. This is just a recommended frequency that has worked for many guys to strengthen the PC muscle quickly. If you ever notice that you're overly soar from these PC muscle exercises take more time off between to recover.

    How long on the PC muscle do you hold it for? And everyday, I don't think this is the right word... but do you increase the time? The time of holding it.

    My glutes always tense when I try do this, any advice? I find it really difficult to isolate JUST the PC =\

      Typically if you can't isolate your PC muscle then you really need to strengthen it. If your glutes get involved a little don't worry about it for now. As your PC muscle gets strong work on isolating it more.

    Great video, but you don't give an estimate on how long you stay on each level. Is it stay on level 1 until it seems to easy and then onto level 2? or 1st-week level 1, 2nd-week level 2, etc? Please clarify

      Once you can easily do the exercises at a particular level then move up and try the next level.

    Yo man. So I started doing these a few days ago.. I noticed after a few times I could hold it for 10 seconds for the 10 times & 3 sets of them. I can feel that muscle become sore. My question to you is, I saw your other video on “relaxing the pc muscle” and I was just curious as to how to do that ? I know you said it’s essential but I’m just curious how to do it completely because I feel like I’ve strengthened this a good bit. Thanks man.
