It depends on patient to patient. Transplant se pahle mai bp ki 4 medicine leta tha fir bhi mera bp down nhi rhta tha somewhere around 170/100 but after transplant my bp is normal without any medicine.

Unknowing blood leakage started in gut and my HB declined at 4.8 dagerously low. I got immediate blood tranfusion. But creatnine reached 1.8 doctor told me it is because of acute kidney injury it will b normal after two months cret was 1 but protein leakage statred 2+ 1 gram in 24 hr test. My nephrologist gave me medicine for BP control now it is below 120 and 70 i forget to tell u my age is 68 no diabetes A1c 5..1 current cret is 1.3 other electroites are in range. Need ur advose
