A huge glitch there is that when Lt. Viktor Balenko stole the Foxbat from Vladivostok, he landed in Hakodate airport with 30 seconds of fuel. A distance of roughly 400 miles from Chuguevka Air Base where he took off. It doesn't really have good range. Although he made a fast climb on take off, kinda got lost on the way to a military field, he's a very good pilot and almost went "splash".
I conclude that concerning the B2 and the B-21 radier bombers the thing is that the Foxbat wouldn't be able to easily get a target lock or detect them given those pilots are competent or having their aircraft in combat shape.
This ability to take down low orbit satellites is of great concern to NATO countries that rely on getting a lot of reconnaissance and communications small satellites into space to replace the larger high and fixed orbit systems that will be taken out at wars start. Being able to clear quickly satellites over the immediate battlefield provides great ability to blind your enemy of operational movements and communications/GPS navigation.

@bunnyonabunwithagunnicepun5689 lmao. Not sure why you have such animosity. I simply was providing someone with a light explanation as to why higher orbits are not a strategic concern. So far, all you have done is mald about the actual facts of the matter. It's fine if you don't like why a thing is a way, don't have to make yourself look bad though. We can get into why Leo is chosen for these satalites if you want. Though this isn't the platform for large technical discussions. Either way just becuase the capability exists dosent mean much. Hell we can shoot satalites down in Leo orbits as well. The fact that Russia has supply issues means that the 526 mig 31 they have are not as large a threat to the U.S. We can match that with the f16 iic in numbers. The difference is we can keep all of our ac running and operational. Russia is like that poor person that one the lotto one time. They are well over extended and don't know when to stoo.

Low earth orbit refers to an orbit roughly 2000km.
Most satalites are Leo satalites.
The ones of strategic value comms data millitary and observation sats are all Leo.
Meo( medium earth orbit, and heo highly elliptical orbits are generally scientific or space relay.
Tldr: no need to worry about anything other than Leo sats.

@bunnyonabunwithagunnicepun5689
Yhea and if things change. Like interstellar colony development then this would change as well. But, for the foreseeable future what I stated stands.
There are reasons satalites are mostly Leo. These reasons will remain. Persistent over time.
@@chiefgully9353 You’re a Goddamn genius! Have you ever considered working for the Russian Air Force Strategic Planning?
" летающий чемодан" так его называют русский лётчики.
My favourite ❤
Engines are as durable as a rolled up newspaper. A bit too much max power and its time to rebuild.
It is an interceptor, not s fighter, stop comparing it to the f15
Agile?! Compared to what? A U-2??
About as agile as an ice cream truck
"most agile aircraft on the world..." I swear you're just making this up based on how things looks (zero research)...
The thing is a brick with even four it's time antequated flight control systems.
And you're not making shit up? How do you know anything about its avionics? Or do you think they kept it from the 70s? Stop comparing DCS to the real world, they're not the same.
Only Soviets,Russia and America is capable designing and successfully using decades such beast everyone else breath behind us two😂
Does he know about the F-15
is the Mig 31 mostly for bombing not dog fighting.
Bro said the mig 31 is agile 😂
Its the lion of the sky
Its DNA lies in the Mig 25, designed way back in 1969 to intercept US supersonic bombers. A Mig 25 climbed to over 123000 feet on one occasion. The Mig 25 had no agility whatsoever. It was a straightline dragster. 😂
Mig 31 'maneuverable'(?)...compared to what exactly? 😅
( Powerful and fast, yes...)
Pretty sure that first place is a mig 25....
It was built to take out bombers no agility needed.
“Agile”
Looks at the comments 😂
Its not one of the fastest...it is the fastest.
Cool but what kind of stereo system does it have? 😂
Cost? Insane, Russian citizens are starving because of it..😐
I got an analogy for you from the West then...

Agile?!!?
Lost credibility when he said, “…most agile aircraft in the world…”
It's fast not agile and was made before the b2 it was made against the u2 b52 and an attempt to fight the sr71
