I have been meditating for almost three years now and it really helps me mentally, emotionally and physically. But I started to meditate from the understanding of general mindfulness with scientific research and evidence behind it. And yeah, many people in my country, Indonesia, still think or associate this practice with a Monk or Buddhism. I need to explain the science behind it so my friends won't judge me doing another's religion practice. And they understand.
And I found your channel. It's a gift for me. It's a blessing to know that there's Islamic meditation or meditation is also taught or encouraged in Islam. I haven't watched how meditation in Islam actually looks like. Now I tried to watch your channel, one video a day and I hope I can find the way how to do Islamic meditation in one of your videos. Great video - I have always said this. To those in the know, Islam, Judaism and Christianity all has its root in Buddhism/mystic practices of the people of upper kush. The wise men from the east were the gurus that brought the knowledge we know as the Abrahamic religion today.
Those who have explored esoteric sciences will tell you the sciences of meditation is encoded everywhere in the bible, Koran and Torah so there's no lie detected in this message.
Hopefully you can do a video on Islam, the role of sexual abstinence and activation of the kundalini energy.
This is the culmination of the holy sciences of all there is in "all religious teachings" of this world and how man can set himself free & become one with the source.

I am a muslim, I prayed, sadly I don't anymore for a long time, but lately I'm so into meditation it really helps me feel peaceful and calm. I hope one day I get back to praying and meditating more often since it's allowed. I LOVE MY RELIGION it's easy even though we think it's hard.

@@ManishKumar-kc1cn the Qur'an doesn't list down every virtuous acts but clearly talks about those who ponder or reflect. Muhammad SAW before receiving prophethood would visit the cave to dedicate time for reflection. The Arabs understood it to be an ancient arab meditation. & Islamic scholars also understood muraqabah could be acquired through meditation. Islam ain't as one dimensional as some traditionalists will have you believing

Thank you for this video, I’ve had many people speak to me about meditation but they’ve been doing some chants from another religions and I’ve never felt comfortable with this, I just typed in mediation Islam and came across your video. I know Allah prescribes everything for us for a reason and I thought through prayers I could get to that level as when I was praying consistently for 6 months I literally felt invincible I feared nothing , I want that feeling back and want to dig deeper and really just trust Allah with everything and become calm and truly peace from within 🤲🏼

+Aviv Actually bro, when it comes to the Fiqh of salah, scholars say you have to move your lips and tounge even in the silent prayers like dhuhr and asr, or the salah is not valid. Reciting in the mind is not sufficient. this is not my opinion, it's a fiqh issue. just something to think about man. Salaam
+Ihsan Alexander hey I have a question... I knw mantra meditation and yoga is haram because we say some mantra and words such OM which leads to shirk but if someone do simple mindfulness meditation like focusing on breathing or clearing brain fogg ..will it be haram?

I have one problem. I do not know how to pray salah correctly, i know what to say and to do, but i don't always feel fulfilled afterwards. Can you please make a video about what to think and what to do when you make salah. That would be very helpful. Salam and may Allah guide us all 💚
