it allows upto 28lbs but tension depends on your skills...considering your question i guess you are near about intermediate player then 24-26lbs should be enough.
@darkdragon5991 i went for 27 but felt it was quite high initially, after 3 months i adopted to it. As pro folks go up to 32, I chose a bit of high tension and protecting from bat clashes.

For me, I found it too tiring on the arm for a 3 hour session. I play doubles & XD. I definitely get more power out of it than the Arcsaber 7 series.
I can totally imagine that for doubles play. Did you use the 3u or 4u?
