Great review as always. I like the fact that it doesn’t require downloading an app on your phone in order to operate it. Thank you for the detailed yet simple explanation
What size Intex pool you have? I have a 20 x 48 I have the model that is below that when I believe it’s a scuba it does OK but since you have an intex it did not mess up your walls or anything. I should’ve have bought one with my pool with the rubber tracks to clean the extra stuff because I have a few wrinkles in my liner. Very awesome video. Thank you.
@@LifeLessOrdinary game changer. We have a 26’ pool, exactly like yours. Worth every penny. We had some yuck in the bottom of the pool from filling it and then circulating the past week. Followed the instructions and off it went. Fished it out about an hour and half later. Sparkling. Absolutely amazing. Cleaned the basket in a minute and stored it away. Certainly worth the extra money!
I purchased the S1 Pro (same, but for larger pools and and extra filtration layer)about June 1, and am sadly returning it today. My pool is in ground with two reverse curves (meaning I have two sets of rounded steps that bow out into the pool on the pools curved walls), and the S1 Pro, in floor mode, gets to that point and then goes to the other side of the curved pool wall and returns to the same point over and over until the battery becomes depleted. The one other negative I noticed while watching it, is that when it wasn’t stuck, it would have a slight underwater bow wake that blew some debris forward and to the sides of the cleaning path, instead of sucking it under the front brushes and into the debris vacuum. I worked with their tech support (which was very responsive) and I tried a few of their suggestions to no avail. Once I sent them a diagram of my pool and drew were it was getting repeatedly stuck, they agreed that my particular pool shape is not a good match for their product. They said that a firmware update may resolve this in the future, but that they would understandably accept my return. The funny thing is, that they worked hard to get there robots to go back and forth in straight lines (which it does well) because many other robots are very random, and frustrating for pool owners with rectangular, or less complex floors to watch operate. In my case, a random mode would be a benefit. I look forward to hearing about future product updates from them.
Thank you for the detailed comment and I’m glad they are taking care of you. So far this model has been amazing but I definitely like hearing feedback from other people. 👍🏼
I have a kidney shaped pool and wonder if I would run into the same issue as you? I only have 1 set of steps at 1 end. Please let me know your thoughts if you don't mind. Thank you. Joe.
Bought 1 and great but does not pick up our Sahara red dust we seem to get here in southern spain in blasts it straight through and back into the pool you can see the cloud coming out of the filter needs a finer filter. Can you advise
Unfortunately, there is no vacuum on the market that will pick up fine dust like that. I deal with a similar dust here in Texas that just blows right back out the filter. Your best bet is to make a small siphon hose with a vacuum tip on it. Submerge the hose out of the pool to suction and suck it naturally out of the pool like that.
@@LifeLessOrdinary run the cleaner once or twice to clean big and medium (and some small) debris, then throw some filter balls in that basket. run the cleaner again and you'll pick up a good amount of sand. take those dirty balls out, add another handful or 2 of clean ones, and repeat. works for me. just went thru beryl here in houston. pool was a mess after the storm, now back to perfection!
I have a question about the vevor sand filter. Sorry to post on this one but it was the newest video. My vevor is putting sand into the pool. Not sure what to do
Well I hope I haven’t let you down yet lol. Unfortunately I’ve never used a dolphin vacuum but what I can say is this Aiper is my go to vacuum. I love this thing and I believe it’s less expensive. 👍🏼

Thank you so much for your comment and yes, this vacuum is absolutely incredible and super easy to use.
I see a lot of these gifted for review so not sure about jumping out and buying one just yet. Thanks for the review.
It’s definitely my go to vacuum this summer. But yes, do your homework before you make a purchase. 👍🏼

nice! we ordered one this aft. it's coming tomorrow. great video!
You will love it
That looks expensive, I would have liked to see it takle your pool with heavier dirt. It looks so cool though
Have you ever reviewed the dolphin S200? Wonder what the difference of each would be besides cost?
I have the lower model Aiper (silent A) Scuba. It does okay but when it’s time to upgrade, I will check this one out. Thanks!
I’m loving this one

I just bought this vacumm just because your great review
Please let me know what you think about it. It’s by far the best vacuum I’ve ever used.
@@LifeLessOrdinaryhave you checked out the seauto crab?
Great review. Now that you have had it for some time, have you had any issues?
Zero issues I’ve used it several times and I love it even more
Thank you for your response. Mine has been on order for two days. Waiting for them to ship. Look forward to using it.
@fredvasquez435 let me know how you like it
The company site states this is for inground pools. Will it hurt and above ground?
I have an above ground pool and I use it twice a week with no issues
How would this work on dead algae and other microscopic debris like in your flocculant video? Our vacuum just shoots it back into the pool.
No robotic vacuum will pick p the micro debris or dead algae those would have to be siphoned out or vacuum to waste
Does this work with a liner pool as well?
Yes works with all pools 👍🏼
I have a question about the vevor sand filter. Sorry to post on this one but it was the newest video. My vevor is putting sand into the pool. Not sure what to do
I had someone else tell me that last pool season. Not sure what’s causing it. Maybe try contacting Vevor and see what they say.
Ok thank you!!!
use filter balls instead of sand.
Good review
How long do you run your pool filter?
I run mine 8 hrs in 8 hrs off
@LifeLessOrdinary would you say 12hrs is too much?
It’s really up to each person. 8 is just what I do but more time will not hurt 👍🏼
We have seriously bought everything you have recommended. 😂. How would this compare to the dolphin?

Can I download an app with this vacuum?
You can see it just blow out sand 😂
