I'm a disabled person, and my disabilities make bathing a painful ordeal that I always dread. This time I put on this video and it actually helped a lot. It obviously didn't make it literally any easier, but I was looking forward to getting clean and pampered instead of dreading how hard it would be. I felt like a princess instead of a patient for once. ♡

I have really bad depression, anxiety and adhd and bathing can be a very drought on ordeal in which I hate doing and dread, and because of previous attempts I try to stay out of water, this made me feel very nice :) and not anxious at all, I listen and watch your videos almost every night to be able to sleep and I really appreciate them, you are amazing and are helping so many people!

The details!! I just noticed that when she took the bowl with sweets "after we ate" there were fewer candies in there than when she had given it to us
Also it's so natural as she talks and she gives such perfect background storyes e.g. once there were no handsoap left so she used this instead and it smelled amazing etc.
