Thank you. Very thorough explanation. Now I see why we don't angle the patient on the AP scapula. And we move the arm on the lateral so the humerus doesn't superimpose the border of the scapula.

Sir how does this view xray image look like......does scapula medial border also comes out of ribs ?

No only lateral border is out from ribs. Medial is seen but ribs are over top of it.
