I am new to after effects and I am trying to learn, but sometimes I see effects on UA-camrs, and when I try to search for them, I do not find them. Can you help me?
Most of them are plugins. They dont come inbuilt with after effects, you need to purchase them separately, yah some free options are also available thou, ( im also an anime editor, have a look at my edits too )

For the 1st effect (1) there is an effect that does the slide for you, and 2) you can use an expression to loop the keyframes😇😇
