YESSS . “ A dancer dies twice - once when they stop dancing, and this first death is more painful.” - Martha Graham. Black Swan was inspired by this and tells about the pain the artist will experience when he loses his passion. They are geniuses. I love them so much :,)
Absolutely! That quote from Martha Graham captures the essence of Black Swan perfectly 😮✍🏾💙💙💙💙 I’m kinda shocke on how the way BTS took that deep, emotional concept and turned it into a beautiful and artistic expression.. it took a lot of effort and creative thinking 😭😭😭💙💙💙💙 When samo pointed it out, it had us reflecting on How they portray the fear and pain of losing something so central to their identity 🥲💙 I can see the way they have an ability to connect with us on such a personal and emotional level is what makes them so unique and loved by their fans 😁😁 We can’t help but feel that same passion when we watch them. They truly are one of a kind Thank you so much for taking your time to comment, sorry for replying so late 🥹💙
Straight off ‘is the shadow a different part of his psyche?’ Gold star for Bashe. That’s exactly what it is! This is from their Map of the Soul trilogy, based around Jungian psychology and this song relates to the ‘shadow’ (hidden or negative) part of the self - the part of ourselves we don’t want to be seen or face ourselves. I’m seriously impressed with how good the three of you are at interpreting the songs without any additional context. I think you will really like The Truth Untold (search for love performance with English subs - not official). It is a deep, emotional song sung by just the four vocalists, then the live performance of Outro Tear by the rap line at Wembley.
12:33 Exactly! You’re right, you’re a genius. You got it. He’s talking about his first death, which is when he loses his passion for music. 'Black Swan' is about facing the fear of a moment when their music and performance no longer hold the same meaning and excitement for them. If you guys paid more attention to Suga's first rap part, you’d get the message. I think you might have missed that part: 'The heart no longer races when hearing music play. Seems like time has stopped. Ooh, that would be my first death.' This means that when he no longer has passion, that's when he experiences his first death. I really love your reaction. it's sincere. I can feel that you genuinely pay attention to it, not just for the sake of running a UA-cam channel for views. I really appreciate it. BTS has a lot of songs where they talk about a wide range of topics: self-love, social justice, mental health, and social expectations. These are uncommon topics in music. If you guys can react to a BTS guide, you'll get a better idea of them and their music. Also, yes, it's contemporary dance. More BTS reactions, please. Thanks for the reaction, guys-love you all! At 26:53, if you want to do an explanation video, it’s really good to start with 'Daechwita,' since you almost got the idea of 'Black Swan.' 'Daechwita' has a lot of cultural references that we might not understand just by watching. 27:49 Exactly. Okay if you guys want a ballad song, The Truth Untold by BTS. It's a vocal line song.
@@phyndalynn Yep. I watched them. I watched them since they started react to BTS. I watched Daechwita. I mentioned about DKDKTV that day. That's why mentioned about if they wanna react to explaination video that would be great to start with Daechwita. Just a suggestion 😅 I'm waiting for the guide. I've been mentioning it for days now. Hope they will react to it😅💜
Thank you so much for the insightful feedback and kind words 😭💙 We really appreciate how deeply you understand and engage with BTS’s music 🥹💙 It's clear that Black Swan resonates with you 😭😭😭💙💙💙 thrilled that our reaction is connecting with you on a sincere level. We definitely plan to explore more BTS content and deepen our understanding of their artistry 🥹🥹💙💙💙 We’re excited to dive into more of BTS’s diverse themes and cultural references 😭😭💙💙💙 Thanks again for your support and for being a part of our journey!
That last shot he accepts his shadow. His shadows and fears become a part of him. So hes no longer separate from his shadow. He becomes complete. You can only see him. When Jhope and Suga dance. Thats them facing their shadows. Then they say they saw themselves.
After they released this song they were meant to be going on one last tour and then I believe BTS were originally going to go on a break from Music since they were hitting a bit of a low mentally due to all the pressure and fame and they were slowly loosing their love for music so the song expresses this and how the day they lose their passion for music is 'their first death'. This was just before Covid hit as well so they were going to take a break but due to the pandemic they stuck together for the fans and came out stronger and ended up regaining their love for music again and that's when they hit new heights globally with their no1 single Dynamite :) Black Swan is essentially about the pain an artist feels when they loose their love for music which they can all relate to since being in the Kpop industry is mentally challenging since they are constantly working non stop. Loved this reaction and would love to see you guys react to Spring Day by BTS since this is another one with a lot of deeper meanings behind it x
Thank you so much for sharing this insight 🥹🥹🥹💙💙💙💙 It’s incredible to think about how deeply BTS pours their emotions and struggles into their music, it just makes them shine even more as artists 😭😭🔥🔥🔥 Knowing that Black Swan came from a place of such vulnerability and mental strain really makes the song even more powerful… I’m surprised with how samo clocked it and it was really a beautiful way to think ☺️💙 The fact that they pushed through that low point and came back stronger for the fans during such a challenging time is so inspiring!!!!! Honestly, thank you again for this thoughtful comment 🥹🥹😭😭 and taking your time to comment ! Sorry for the late reply 🥹🫶🏾💙
You three young men are just delightful!!! I truly enjoy your BTS reactions. It’s so impressive how you are so deep when you discuss each song. It’s very refreshing and you are my favorite BTS reactors!!! Thank you for being so genuine💜
Contemporary dance is correct! Jimin shines in this choreo because he went to a performing arts middle school, where he majored in contemporary dance, before moving to seoul to become an idol trainee :) have yall gotten to the guide yet? excited to see it!!
Absolutely, Jimin’s expertise in contemporary dance truly makes the Black Swan choreography stand out 😭😭💙💙💙 His background adds such depth and emotion to the performance😭😭😭😭😭😭 We haven't tackled the guide yet!! But we're definitely looking forward to it 😭💙💙💙 Thanks for your patience and for sharing these insights with us 😁💙
Black Swan and ON are from the same album. I see them as opposite sides of the same coin. In Black Swan, they’re afraid the exhaustion and non-stop grind brought on by their success may be drowning their passion for music and afraid of what that would mean. In ON, they have realized their passion and desire to make music & perform is stronger/more powerful than all those negative aspects that were bringing them down so they have decided to embrace them and keep going “taking the good with the bad” as they come. (“Bring the pain It'll become my blood and flesh Bring the pain No fear, now that I know the way Breathe on the small things My air and my light in the dark The power of the things that make me, "me" Even if I fall, I come right up, scream”) After all, we can’t escape “the bad” no matter what we do (“Rain keeps pouring, sky keeps falling every day”).
Thank you for sharing that 🥺💙🫶🏾Jimin's dedication to his craft is truly remarkable 😭😭🔥🔥🔥 and seeing the effort and exhaustion behind his flawless performances would be so inspiring to watch 🥹🥹🥹🙌🏾🙌🏾💙💙 we will do it I promise !!! We'll definitely add that behind-the-scenes video to our list! His dance moves always blow us away, and we can’t wait to dive deeper into the work and passion that goes into them 😁😁💙💙💙 Thank you so so so much for commenting and we are sorry for getting back so late 🥹🫶🏾💙
I love Reactors that get what they're saying from the jump. Your faces were mine the first time I saw Black Swan 😮🤔. Still my favorite from BTS and I love tons of their music 🖤✨️
Thank you for the love and for sharing that connection 😂💙 That feeling of awe and contemplation hits hard, and it's great to know you had a similar reaction 🥹💙
Yes, it's about a grave national tragedy, discussed poetically because the government was blacklisting artists who referred to it explicitly. Spring Day is still on Korean charts for seven years because of these associations.
Thanks for the recommendation! “A Guide to BTS Members: The Bangtan 7” by Taylor Mari sounds like a great resource. 😭😭💙💙💙 We'll definitely check it out to learn more about the members and enhance our reactions 😭🫶🏾💙
Yes to Spring Day, Fake Love, Blood Sweat and Tears, Not Today, IDOL, and many more. Ideally, if you don't mind making even longer videos, do the official video if it exists, and also the dance practice and a live performance. There are some truly beautiful versions of Black Swan, for example in the Permission to Dance concerts from 2021 in LA and Las Vegas. But IDOL is one of my very favorites, both the video and the live MMA awards show in 2018 (a version highlighting traditional dancers and instruments). The live performance at Osaka in 2019 is outstanding also. Please heed the trigger warnings on Spring Day. This started as a song by RM lamenting the lost contact with old friends, with a verse by Suga but with a heavier context (one of his really good friends got into heavy drugs, went to prison, and went he got out not only persisted but tried to involve him--Suga wrote a whole other song about this called "Dear My Friend). However, by the time that the MV was made it had morphed into something more profound and painful: Spring Day (called the Queen by BTS fans, the ARMY, because it hasn’t been off the Korean charts since the video came out in early 2017) refers poetically and obliquely to the Sewol Ferry disaster in which over 200 school children were killed. All that innuendo was because the government was blacklisting artists who discussed it explicitly, though the president was finally impeached just a bit before the video dropped. As other commenters have noted, there are a variety of explanatory videos on this, some look into the Ferry tragedy in great depth (the one by an Italian ARMY is gut-wrenching, have tissues handy), and there are some that analyze the video symbolically, such as by Bulletproof Vibes. When this happened in 2014, BTS donated a large percentage (estimates of around 30%) of their not very large income to a fund set up for the parents of the kids. As I mentioned, Spring Day has persisted on the Korean charts in the top 100 since early 2017, rising up every April on the anniversary of the Ferry's sinking. However, it also bounced up last December when RM, V, JK, and Jimin enlisted in the military--I think it even made it onto the Billboard charts then, because ARMY went into mourning a little bit and everyone played Spring Day obsessively. You can't imagine how much happier we all are now that Jin's been discharged.
You are already ARMY in your bones. I am enjoying how you guys share your feelings about how each BTS song moves you or vibes with you "I'm emotional. It's weird...the dancing speaks to me" to dancing to Mic Drop, Butter, Fire. And your analyses are almost spot on since you're really paying attention to everything all at once (which is amazing) like right off the bat, about the shadow as part of the psyche. You really got me when you acknowledge the "it's BTS genre" and "each of them shines at their right time throughout the music". I really love watching your BTS reactions. And I just want to be around people who are uplifting and open-minded and fricken fun just like you guys.
Wow, this comment is absolutely heartwarming 😭😭😭💙💙💙 Thank you so much for your kind words and for appreciating our journey with BTS 😁👍🏾We're truly honored that our reactions resonate with you and that you feel the genuine connection we have with their music 🥹💙 BTS really does have a way of making you feel everything all at once, and it's been an incredible experience discovering the depth and artistry in each of their songs ☺️☺️☺️💙💙💙 It means a lot to us that you find our analyses spot on!! we try to dive deep and give each moment the attention it deserves because BTS are truly masters of their craft 😎💙 And honestly, the "BTS genre" is something special, right? There's just nothing like it, and we're so grateful to share that with you and the ARMY community 😂🙌🏾💙 We’re all about good vibes, positivity, and open-mindedness here, so knowing that you feel that energy with us makes it even better 💪🏾💙 Thank you again for being part of this amazing journey, and we can’t wait to experience more with you 😇😇😇😇🫶🏾🫶🏾🫶🏾💙💙💙
I appreciate how thoughtful you are about understanding the song and lyrics! I feel the song is in general about losing your passion or ability to do the thing that you love and that gives your life meaning. Just so you know there’s another video for Black Swan of contemporary dancers doing a performance (I think it must have been done in conjunction with Bighit because in a video Jimin requested that people watch it ). Also there is a behind the scenes video of Jimin shooting his contemporary dance part for the BTS Black Swan video, if you want to check them out. I love watching Jimin dance, no one moves like him.
Spring Day will require an explanation video. Although the Italian ARMY video is exceptionally well done, it moves quickly with subtitles that appear all over the screen. There is a shorter version, also well made, that you can watch after the MV during the same reaction. Afterwards, for more context, I recommend a separate reaction for the Italian ARMY video. You will need to pause and rewind a bit to catch everything. And tissues. 💜
Great reaction! If you want to see more about BTS' "darkside" maybe you should check Blood, sweat, tears, Interlude: Shadow (extended version), Boys meet evil and also Agust D and RM's solos. There're others emotional songs like Epiphany (Jin) or Wildflower (RM) but not dark
You were right about the death of the loss of making music, is known as a 1st death amongst performers. Well done guys 👏🏻👏🏻 Black Swan is definitely definitely contemporary, love you guys reactions as always!! Keep on keeping on 💜💜💜
Thank you so much for the kind words 😭💙 It's amazing how deep and profound the concept of a "first death" is, especially when it comes to artists and their passion for creating music 😎💙 samo taught us something new !!! We’re actually grateful that BTS can make us reflect on such themes and have deep thoughts about this stuff ☺️and it’s always great to hear that our thoughts resonated with you 😁 I always see your commends and you make me smile all the time 🥹🥹🥹💙💙 Your continued support means the world to us! We'll definitely keep the reactions coming, and we’re so glad to have you along for the journey. Much love 🫶🏾🥹💙
Black Swan from the album Map of the Soul: 7 Produced by Pdogg Written by Pdogg, RM, August Rigo, Vince Nantes, Clyde Kelly In ‘Black Swan,’ BTS steps into the deep, inner side of the self and faces the shadow it has been hiding as an artist. It is the confession of BTS as an artist, who grew up to a global superstar. “A dancer dies twice - once when they stop dancing, and this first death is the more painful.” - Martha Graham. Black Swan is created with dancer Martha Graham’s quote as a motif. Like a dancer faces their first death when they stop dancing, the track contains the fear of the moment where BTS is no longer able to perform on the stage as an artist. Through Black Swan, the members of BTS express that, as they continue to do music more and more, they will face their first death as well if the music fails to touch their hearts or to make them excited. But every time such a moment happens, ‘I’ hear another voice of mine from deep inside, ‘I’ face the Black Swan in me, and, ironically, ‘I’ come to a realization that music is the only thing ‘I’ have. Through the mature, self-reflecting lyrics, BTS conveys its confession as an artist who learned what music means to self. doolsetbangtan.wordpress.com/2020/01/17/black-swan/
Thank you so much 🥺💙💙💙 We’re really glad you enjoy the reactions !!! Your support and feedback mean a lot to us 🫶🏾💙 If you have any more suggestions or thoughts, we’d love to hear them 🥹💙
thank you for your enjoyable reactionJimin studied contemporary dance at Busan High School of Arts and was a top student in the modern dance department and he also learned popping and locking when he was in middle school. He's the most versatile dancer/artist I've ever seen.
Thank you so much for sharing that insight about Jimin 🥹💙 It's incredible to know that he was a top student in contemporary dance and also skilled in popping and locking from such a young age 😂🔥 His versatility as a dancer and artist truly shines in every performance we have seen so far 😇 and it’s amazing how he combines all those different styles so effortlessly 😭😭😭🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾 It definitely adds so much depth to his artistry! We're excited to keep exploring more of his work and learning even more about his journey. 😝💙 Sorry for getting back to you so late, thank you so so so so much for taking your time to comment 🥹 we truly appreciate you !!
Love that you guys got the concept. It was Jimin’s shadow when Suga is rapping. You were also right that it was contemporary dance. Jimin went to school for dance and trained in contemporary dance. As someone new to the army, it’s been fun watching others reactions to music that I love. New subscriber.
Thank you so much for your kind words and for subscribing 🥺🥺🥺💙💙💙We’re thrilled that you enjoyed our reaction and that we got the concept right 😭😭😭🫶🏾🫶🏾💙💙Jimin’s background in contemporary dance really adds another layer of appreciation to the video 😎😎😎 It’s great to hear that you’re enjoying watching reactions to the music you love 🥹🥹💙💙💙
I really enjoy your reactions to BTS. I particularly love the fact that you are all emotionally intelligent men and you think the meaning of the music and choreography through, and get it. My favourite vocal line ballads are House of Cards and The Truth Untold, both the live versions. I also love Born Singer, which is a version of J Cole's Born Sinner adapted by BTS with vocal and rap lines.
The song reflects in 2020 how BTS wanted to breakaway from the Idol platform and foreshadowed how a 2nd chapter redefining themselves through exploring their artistry in new ways would be forthcoming. A black swan literally is defined as a sudden unexpected event usually with negative consequences. The movie commonality exists but is not particularly influential. What is influential is the psychology of Karl Jung, specifically his concepts of Shadow and individuation. Sadly for BTS after releasing an album called Map of the Soul Seven with several Jungian themed tracks, the shift prepared for was delayed by the Pandemic. Their current period of individual expression now predicts a Jungian new group period to come after military service which may be BTS existing more like a collection of freely expressing artists than perpetually constrained Idols.
Really loved your reactions and perceptions. BLACK SWAN is a queen 👸. Please watch its live performance, classic and insane!! RM is a co writer of its lyrics. Most of the songs they are writing the lyrics themselves along with their in-house writers.RM and Suga and Jhope are the main.
Thank you so much for the kind words 😭😭💙 We're glad you enjoyed our reactions 🥺🥺💙💙🫶🏾🫶🏾 BLACK SWAN is defo a powerful piece 😭💙 It's incredible to see how much BTS is involved in their music, with RM, Suga, and J-Hope contributing so much to the songwriting. 😁💙💙 We’ll definitely check out the live performance and dive deeper into their creative process. Thanks for the recommendation!
The BTS members Jimin and J-Hope have their background in dancing even prior to joining the group. > Since he was 10 J-Hope has learned street style dancing (even won 1st place in a national competition). He was part of a dance group called NEURON. > Jimin learned both Hip-hop dancing and contemporary dancing (He was top of his class in Busan High School of Arts). His talent in contemporary is the reason he shined so much in Black Swan's choreography.
You're right! The shadow is the hidden part of the psyche. Based on Carl Jung's theory of the shadow self - in that we all have a hidden shadow which houses the parts of us we're afraid to show. And these parts are not only the ones perceived as negative, but also endearing traits that we may have felt shamed when showing. BTS' Map Of The Soul album series draws on Jung's ideas of the psyche. Black Swan is a famous ballet, where the black swan is seductive and deceptive. Everyone draws their own interpretation of this song, but essentially it's about losing your first "love", your passion, your identity - it's your first death. "A dancer dies twice - once when they stop dancing, and this first death is the more painful." Martha Graham, choreographer. Good job boys! I love watching people discover and dive into the meaning behind BTS songs 👏
Thank you so much for the love and support 😭😭😭💙💙💙 We're thrilled to have fans from all over the world, and it’s amazing to hear from you 🥹🥹💙💙💙 Your encouragement means a lot to us. Enjoy the journey with BTS, and thanks for being part of our community 😁😁💙💙💙💙

Thank you so much for commenting 🥺💙Yes, we really felt that deeply and the fact that Samo pointed it out, it’s truly amazing 😭💙 We are amazed on how Black Swan captures the idea that losing their passion for music would be like their "first death," and it's such a powerful message 🥺💙 From what we saw so far, BTS always manages to convey those intense emotions so beautifully through their music 😭😭😭💙💙💙 We're grateful for the chance to experience and understand their art on this level !!! Thank you for commenting honestly so sorry for the late reply too 😭🫶🏾💙
Thank you for reacting to this work of art. I enjoyed your commentary. You really seemed to get what BTS was trying to say. You can tell that it really touched you and that's what it supposed to do. BTS members are genius in the way they convey their messages. And the dancing is top tier.

I know I’m late to this video but Jimin was a contemporary dancer before he joined BTS, he went to a performing arts school for it, and I honestly am loving your reactions because you don’t just say “it’s good music” and are done. You discuss. You actually think about what the music makes you feel. You all are actually very insightful from what I’ve seen, and you have picked up members really quickly! I have a friend that I made flash cards on quizlet for a bunch of groups for her to learn them, and she still doesn’t know all whole lot
Love this. Prepare yourself for 'Spring Day'. Most def watch the explanation mv for it too. A couple of other really moving mvs are 'The Truth Untold' & 'House of Cards'. 💜💜💜
New subscriber, because you are very thoughtful and insightful. You just need more Western European cultural exposure to get their full context. This is based on the world created by the ballet Swan Lake, where a prince is entranced by a woman cursed to live as a swan (a regular white one), and tempted by a black swan sent by the sorcerer who cursed the white swan. Both swans are performed by the same woman. The movie Black Swan is about a dancer trying to learn to express both roles, and going crazy with the duality. BTS are wearing both white and black suits, white on stage, and black behind the scenes. Yes, this is absolutely a work of art.
Definition of a ballad is a song that tells a story, and it can be dramatic, funny, or romantic. You can find ballads in a variety of musical styles, from country-western to rock n' roll. I really enjoy your reactions & you all have a good understanding of music & it's purpose. BTS are their own genre, & don't fit in a normal box. OT7 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜
This BTS MV of Black Swan was released by surprise 6 weeks after they released the Black Swan Art Film performed by MN Dance Company. The link is below. It is a symphonic version of this song and the contemporary dance is stunning. I cried when I first saw it due to all the things you talked about related to contemporary dance - and from the music itself. When K-pop bands release a new album, it’s called a comeback and it is accompanied by teasers, concept, pictures, intro songs of the album, all leading up to the lead single and album release. When BTS rolled out their Map of the Soul: 7 comeback they had integrated contents around art with artists all over the world to highlight the relationship between art and music, and highlight appreciation for art to a younger generation. In the comeback map (schedule) of all the things that would be released leading up to the album, all we knew about Black Swan is that there would be the performance by the contemporary dance company. It is absolutely stunning, and the version of the song blew everyone away. Again, it was such a surprise when BTS dropped the trap version and MV that you just watched. Please react or at least watch it here: ua-cam.com/video/vGbuUFRdYqU/v-deo.htmlsi=CzyI_DjyGdcbvFwP
Black Swan is beautiful on many lvls. They were supposed to go on a world tour with Map of the Soul and then join the mil. Then the pandemic hit. They'd been dealing with a lot of exhaustion and poor mental health. In other words they were very tired. Black Swan was essentially them expressing their fears of losing their love for music. There are some incredible live performances of BS. Jimin's bg in contemporary dance really helped contribute to the choreo. Watch the dance practice when you get the time! Also! if you'd like to get a feel to the whys and making, their Bangtan Bombs often show the behind the scenes of the mvs. Yall are doing great 💜 Fake Love, Tear, Idol, the Cyphers, etc there's a lot I'd recommend 😆
Muchas gracias!
You all are so sweet, truly enjoying your BTS journey,it's an honest reaction,I believe. I believe also that you are here for the music/ dance and learning about the entity that befalls BTS. Genuine is the word. Thank you again for sharing. 🤗💜🫡
The silhouette moving behind Suga is Jimin, while J-hope dances above RM. BTS's first demise would occur if they couldn't share their dedication with ARMY. Extinguishing one's passion signifies a profound loss and an initial death. The darkness and light symbolize their personal and public persona. The title was influenced by the 2010 film Swan Lake, hinting at conflicting emotions. I believe the theatrical nature of the performance stemmed from the artists' presence on stage, where they openly expressed their innermost emotions, thereby creating a profound and dramatic impact heightened by the contemporary dance elements.
Plz react t0 "Taylor's guide the guide to Bangtan Seven." It will REALLY open your eyes to soo much more and answer alot of your question. Also, plz , if you decide to watch "Blood, Sweat, And Tears," or "Spring Day", plz react to the explanation videos in the same video. Army won't get bored. We'll watch the whole video with you.
They worked without days off. V once said on Sugas Talk show Suchwita he kept thinking about hurting himself just to get a day off. They were completely burned out in 2018. Contemplating disbanding.
There is actually a video that explains/analyzes/breaks down the symbolism and lyrics of this song here on youtube if you guys are interested in it. The video is called "BTS - Black Swan MV Meaning Explained: Breakdown and analysis(also corsets)" by the channel Bookish theories. But I recommend that you watch it after reacting to fake love as it connects the two songs. That channel actually has other amazinly extensive analysis videos of other BTS music videos that you haven't reacted to yet so I recommend that you check those out too.
music !!! so we'll definitely check out the "Black Swan MV Meaning Explained" by Bookish Theories 😇😇💙💙💙 sounds like a perfect way to expand our understanding of the song 😁👍🏾 We love how BTS layers their music with so much meaning 😎💙 We appreciate the tip about checking out the other analysis videos from the channel too! Hi guys- you are so much fun. I love you quizzes in the begining and how much you getting into the music. Especially love the smiles on your faces. Makes my day everytime I see you. Please keep it up. Have a wonderful day 💜
This is why I love your channel and reactions lads you are so good at this. You caught both meanings for the essence of the song and for the meaning behind the shadow visuals too. BTS explored the human psyche with their Map of the Soul album. The map of the soul is a Jungian theory (Carl Jung Swiss Psychiatrist, psychotherapist and psychologist) that breaks down a persons entire being into parts. The main 3 of which are The Persona, The Shadow and The Ego. There are many more areas too but those are the largest parts. Many of the songs are really very deep as BTS explores their own personal psyche and learns about themselves. BTS leads us think about our own selves and makes us want to learn and be better people.
You guys would really like Bts from your discussion. Fake love is part of the BU (BTS Universe) which comprises of music videos, short films, notes, and a webtoon which tell a fictional story about 7 boys growing up. It is so deep and covers some topics which can be tough but if you do it out of order it may be hard to understand everything (I watched it in order and still didn't know exactly what was going on but Xceleste did a great vid that explains it all) but def give it a watch. A lot of their songs and the BU pulls connections from Jungian Psychology and there are a lot of videos made explaining how they connect, for ex "ON" (the mv not kinetic manifesto) is about the shadow. Sorry, long comment. Thanks for your reaction!

It's a vocal line song.
they have reacted to Daechwita and a few other solos!! also mic drop and some more. check out the channel, they are always sincerely excited ☺
The first time anyone sees a BTS MV there is so much to see that the lyrics are a distraction. I always watch without the captions the first time.

Yes❤
Good god. Justice for Louder than bombs
Jimin is a BEAST in this mv 💜
Thank you so much for sharing this insight 🥹🥹🥹💙💙💙💙 It’s incredible to think about how deeply BTS pours their emotions and struggles into their music, it just makes them shine even more as artists 😭😭🔥🔥🔥
Knowing that Black Swan came from a place of such vulnerability and mental strain really makes the song even more powerful… I’m surprised with how samo clocked it and it was really a beautiful way to think ☺️💙 The fact that they pushed through that low point and came back stronger for the fans during such a challenging time is so inspiring!!!!!

Literally this song is jimin, he is the black swan the contemporary dancer ❤
There is a live version of black swan at permission to dance tour and also a Jimin behind the scenes Black Swan dance and Jimin Solo Black Swan Dance
You three young men are just delightful!!! I truly enjoy your BTS reactions. It’s so impressive how you are so deep when
you discuss each song. It’s very refreshing and you are my favorite BTS reactors!!! Thank you for being so genuine💜
Contemporary dance is correct! Jimin shines in this choreo because he went to a performing arts middle school, where he majored in contemporary dance, before moving to seoul to become an idol trainee :)
have yall gotten to the guide yet? excited to see it!!
(“Bring the pain
It'll become my blood and flesh
Bring the pain
No fear, now that I know the way
Breathe on the small things
My air and my light in the dark
The power of the things that make me, "me"
Even if I fall, I come right up, scream”)
After all, we can’t escape “the bad” no matter what we do (“Rain keeps pouring, sky keeps falling every day”).
There’s a behind the scenes video of Jimin’s dancing for the MV. It’s exhausting for him. Please react to this.

If you watch SPRING DAY, definitely watch the explanation video.
This song has a very deep meaning behind it
Yes, it's about a grave national tragedy, discussed poetically because the government was blacklisting artists who referred to it explicitly. Spring Day is still on Korean charts for seven years because of these associations.
The Italian ARMY explanation is best for overview and basic facts.
RM is the main Songwriter and composer for this masterpiece,no one else is credited for it 🔥🔥
You should react to : A Guide to BTS Members: The Bangtan 7 by Taylor Mari, if you want to know about them
Thanks for the recommendation!

Holy shittt, yall are RIGHT on the money with the meaning of the song man. Like, ya'll actually shocked me?? 😭😭
Dont underestimate yourselves!! You are more “cultured” than you think!! Plus you guys are very entertaining and cool!!!!!

Black Swan from the album Map of the Soul: 7
Produced by Pdogg
Written by Pdogg, RM, August Rigo, Vince Nantes, Clyde Kelly
In ‘Black Swan,’ BTS steps into the deep, inner side of the self and faces the shadow it has been hiding as an artist.

Oh and I just remembered, also watch Louder Than Bombs.

Hi guys. You should watch the dance practice of black swan but for Sure also the live Performance at her premission to dance concert in L.A💜
Vdd isso foi magnífico
its about losing your passion for music as far as the group is concerned. but the music is how it makes the individual feel when they hear it
You're right!

BTS always be the bigest group in the world 💜

Yall are doing great 💜
Fake Love, Tear, Idol, the Cyphers, etc there's a lot I'd recommend 😆

You guys were right on. Good for you all.

Believe me guys, if Black Swam blew your mind, you have to react to BTS's Blood Sweet and Tears 😌🙌🏾
run bts is also fun react to it
My favorites ballads are: The truth untold and Film out, do it live please 💜💜💜
Can you please react to their song (not today) next? Please the energy in that song is 🔥
You guys would really like Bts from your discussion.
Vocês precisam assistir a versão Ao Vivo de Black Swan no Show PDT em Los Angeles.
