Nothing compares to the Mediterranean; whether it’s the climate, the beaches, or just the European flavour, the Mediterranean is an ideal place to live in.
Absolutely not. Waves of dumbass in summer, Traffic Jams, suffocating heats and Brain melting Sun.
Hálf of population ís full of drugs and alcohol, just a scène of sheeps drolling in front of others money.
One of the most ethically ridiculous place on earth to live in.
Your mental health ís hardly severed After a small amount of time.
Just realise that this place have been intentionnaly risen in "value" by rich and government to expropriate the local families back in the days and steal the lands by force.
This ís literally a golden garbage can and one of the most (if not THE MOST) corrupted place in France.
PS: i'm born here.
@@GrandeFrance My comment wasn’t specific to France; the Mediterranean as a whole has many positive qualities: short and mild winters; long, hot summer months with plenty of sunshine (yes, some of us love that heat!); in general, a hospitable and welcoming attitude; scenic views; etc.
It really comes down to personal preferences. But as for the traffic you mentioned, you ought to drive in North American cities and see what traffic jams really look like! And on the topic of drugs, North America has a far greater problem with the opioid crisis. So is Europe or the Mediterranean perfect? No, of course not; there are no utopias in this world. Yet, in my opinion, it’s a next-to-ideal part of this earth I enjoy living in. But, as I said, that’s just my opinion as someone who has lived on three continents and has experienced vastly different cultures and environments.
These European properties are so much classier than the American ones.
"Perfection is achieved, not when there is nothing more to add, but when there is nothing more to take away" Antoine de Saint Exupery ------- "fashion fades style is eternal" Yves Saint Laurent - I think these two sentences summarize the European approach to design well.
@@rob9853 European does not mean anything. Denmark, Britain , France or Spain have completely different style.
Elegant - Homey but classy. I like this more than the $141 million place. It feels more like an actual home than a boutique hotel or guest house.
Both Properties are very top drawer very different styles .but equally as beautiful
The Mediterranean is the most beautiful region on earth, the blue sea, the blue sky, the white clouds, the pine trees, the mountains! mesmerising!
watched this already about 4 times since it came out. can't get enough of this amazing property!
Enes & Mikey, when you guys tour around the world, you’re taking all of us along with you! Thank you for the opportunity to experience these beautiful properties & yachts which we may never have experienced otherwise! ♥️🙏🏼
It's a best place for a wedding ceremony. Beautiful outdoors. Comfortable living area to party. And can have many guests.
Maybe a bit too modern and too small for a wedding ceremony, it's a provincial place that Obama's familly rented for a summer is much better fit for a wedding, as I said it's much more..provincial, nature, like it belongs to the nature. Le Mas des Poiriers it's called. but yea there are tons of place like that in europe in general, not only in Provence or in the Côte d'Azur which are famous for celebrities there are more "secret" places like in the Indre et Loire region where all the kings and queens used to have their 2nd residence like Catherine de Médicis' chateau de Chenonceau. The country side and architecture change a lot in France whether you go South or North, East or East, I am not sure a lot of foreigners realize that, there are a lot of borders and the closer you move toward a border the more the country will start to look or feel spanish, or italian, or german, or british well no not the brits, well, just a bit XD.
Incredibly stylish interiors, and stunning landscaping. Rooms are all sensibly sized, without vast empty spaces serving no purpose. The kitchen garden and fruit trees make it even better. Best yet, by far.
I’m praying that I can model my next home very close to this home because of the interior and exterior design is so “homey” and comfy. The color scheme for this home is very tranquil and inviting for all occasions. This is #1 of the home tours that Enes has done to me personally.
Truely forever home..... It will never get out of fashion or depart from desirability.... Timeless treat ❤️
That's my dream place to live. Those backyards, gardens and everything. You should do more tours in Europe because this was amazing! Thanks a lot!
You can see that this house is lived-in and not just beautifully and neatly staged.
Truly a great property!
You'd add ten years to your life easily living here....fresh air, homegrown vegetables and fruits. One of my favourites ❤
I completely fall in love with this town 🥰 because that's not a house that's a complete town just for You. I think they needed for time to tour this amazing house 🥰 Great tour 🥰
So happy to have you in my country ! Have fun and thanks for this video !!
Nice, I need to start designing my new home in a few months and this house has a color palette that resonates with what I wanted to do. Fantastic to see the vague ideas that I had in my head, come to life. Going to be able to draw inspiration from this for sure.
Wow, you are in Europe! if you are coming to Croatia or Bosnia you and Mikey are my guests! Welcome 😊
Gotta Love the Backyard, Peace and Tranquility of this property. It's like a dream escape!
This is the most beautiful house on this channel so far for me 😍 it's just so calming and beautiful all around .
Very beautiful one of the best .I could even feel the lovely energy in the place. Felt like I had " Come home " At the end of the viewing I had tears in my eyes 👀
Your work can only be envied, man!) The house is certainly beautiful, the area is amazing, but there are somehow few people around, this is good on the one hand, but on the other hand, a person can get bored, unless of course you aren't a pensioner.
But for a country house, this is ideal.
Are you kidding?!? Saint Tropez is a hotspot of high society and the outdoor possibilities are ENDLESS!
Coucou enes.
appreciate it! please comment in English so that we can call enjoy your comment :)
@@EnesYilmazer ok Enes. For this one. I say that. I’m very happy to see you in France. We have many beautiful homes in Deauville. The last home of Yves St Laurent, for example.Maybe,i could see you. It’s a real pleasure to visit all these places with Mickey and you. Very good job to you from Calvados. Sorry if my english is little strange sometimes 😉 I’m very happy for this answer. Thank you very much.
I like it when you suddenly talk to Mikey, adds some kind of depth to the video.
Absolutely stunning property. Not too keen about the layout of the house - it was a little awkward and uncomfortable but I loved the design and tone of it. And the gorgeous, gorgeous gardens... it really is heaven on earth.
I love your LA mansion tours but as a European really cool to see some amazing old world estates too. Thanks!
*Not too big, not too small with the right amount of grass and trees.. beautiful home*
Bit late, but have you guys ever seen a home/house that just made you gasp in awe?
I think I just did, amazing.
This is my version of heaven. Enes & Mikey, you keep raising the standards for property tours. Thank you!
France is just beautiful in places like this.
As beautiful as your videos. Continue with you're videos each video a new highlight.
As a French citizen, I knew the St Tropez area was wealthy but I never expected estates like this though.
That's some crazy crazy sh*t right here.
Great video as always !
I loved the horses placed all over the house in different sizes and materials.
Beautiful Ynes… can imagine you’re enjoying it there a lot
Breath taking landscaping. The trees, grass, pools, vineyard, just next level!
I love European homes, they feel so much better than the american glass brick blocks in LA. This is class .And the living qualities are definetley better. If I was rich, and not German(lol), i would take
this home
Wowwww amazing home, beautiful garden.i want to live in that kind of home....my dream house💟💟💟
Been watching all these house listing tour channels all over you tube and this ones the best, Enes is more comprehensive then the other hosts.
Great place. The homes are perfection and I would love to explore that amazing property.
Out of all the properties you've featured in your channel, this is hands down my favorite! The grounds, the location, the house, the color palette.. This is what I mean when I say I want something grand yet homey and comfy. Fancy but not flashy. Just perfect.
The Location . Lightness .Pastel colours .views .Peaceful .... Absolutely Heaven
Probably the best house you’ve toured I mean it’s a resort and home feeling at the same time👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼
NS and Mikey, This house was just gorgeous it looks so peaceful and relaxing. You say you love every house that you've been in, But, You're sincere when you say you love each How's that you show. R
I have been trying to this video all day. Another great video Enus and Mickey. Love all of the natural light in the house and lighter colors. It's very homey and relaxing. Honestly my favorite part of the house was the formal dining room and the kitchen. To me that SCREAMED family potluck. Again, I can't wait to guest host with Enus and help Mickey edit to learn a few tricks. Keep up the great tours guys.
Imagine renting out the whole property for a whole week and having your destination wedding in St Tropez with your families 🥰😍 this is goals, i think i wanna do that
Aah what a stunning property 😍 💖 Enes you continue to take us out of reality with these amazing finds. No real estate agent could hook us up like that. Aaaaaah
Stables, vineyards, pastures and in San-Tropez. Unreal.
Now this everything. ...the backyard 😩 ...the guest house 🔥: this is just beautiful
3:35 Wouldn't they just be called doors since you are in France?
Oui !! It’s about time …. Thank you VIVE la France 🇫🇷 et vive le Côte D’azur ❤️👍🏻
The improvements to the sound design over the past couple months has been killer! 👏👏 Keep up the amazing work!!
For sure! In the beginning when the wind was blowing with Enes being outside we heard none of that wind, only his voice. 👌
Tranquil countryside living with horses and wine?!? Please hear my prayers Oh Lord 🙏😍😍 This is such a beautiful property..
A mais aconchegante até agora!! Tá de parabéns!!
thank you! please comment in English so that we can call enjoy your comment :)
@@EnesYilmazer Translating: The coziest (property) so far!! Congratulations!!
Enes, I think this was your favorite property ever!
it's hard to pick one, but my favorites are on my playlist Enes' Greatest Hits
I just watched your tour with Ryan Serhant. There is no comparison between you and Ryan. When I saw your first videos a few years ago, I knew that you were special. You have something that the others do not. You have charisma and hutzpha. It's very rare for someone to have. That is why you are on your way and going far. Congratulations Enes
Enes and Mikey, you should also do a Scandanvian tour. Scandanavian design is hot . Plus I am in Denmark so I would love it. :)
I 100% agree on the decorating - this house very much feels like a home and like somewhere you could realistically live, it's different from a lot of the LA properties in that way in that it isn't overly modern or formal. This is one of the first houses where I feel like you could have kids running around and a dog and a normal life... in the south of France, for $52m, but I mean still gorgeous!
So beautiful. I mean gorgeously beautiful! Now that's what you call true estate gardens and groves. 😊🏡
One of the best houses you visited. Has character and style!
They did a great job of making the interior of this home, and the other residences on the property, very homey and comfortable. Along with the privacy, and the fact that it is in St. Tropez, it may be the most perfect home you have featured on either channel.
Oh my gosh this property is beyond stunning!! It makes me think I really am meant to be living that life and not mine 😭 I could happily live in the guest house!! Thanks Ines, I love your home tours so much. From Australia
I love the architectural design of the House and I love so much the Vineyards 😍😍
I don't think I've seen another property that Enes has been more personally excited about. So beautiful.
Oh man... Wow...i don't know if I still love the Santa Barbara ranch you toured more than this property. This is so beautiful and such a cozy almost romantic vibe. Plus it already has the hourse stables placed... Shiiit...definately considering this more beautiful. I freaking love this channellll 😭❤️ lol
Amazing french touch!! St Trop is one of my favorite blue planet diving area!...
I loved this house so much, loving the europe tours in my opinion they feel for homie
the huge main house with so many extra homes included and the horse stables just seems so epic and Insane! 😍🤑
I vote this as the most charming of all ..................i'm speechless................this one is truly...........one of a kind ! Thank you so so much guys for touring this one ! What a getaway !
Can we please talk about the amazing editing and cinematography in this video 😲😲.
Enes, we always knew Saint-Tropez was the idyllic Southern French oasis. Never knew they have vineyards so close to the ocean.
This house is what dreams are made of. Love the color pallet with neutral tones & light wood finishes.
A truly stunning place with outdoor spaces to match the indoor spaces.
Never seen guesthouse with its own pool & not to forget, an area for horses.
Truly one-of-a-kind property. ❤❤❤
Wow! This interior designer is skilled! Great use of colours, texture and space is well used. Glad you toured this home Enes!
Mikey is a straight up shooter.
This guy is too nice with the camera work.
Enes.
You definitely take him for granted, He deserves all the love.
It's alot of work being in front of the camera.. but there's a ton of work if not more when your behind it.
Mikey is one of your strongest assets.
very warm house. seems like a place you want to have your family around with you
Different from all the display showrooms, this one feels like a real home for people moving in and enjoying life!
I love Mediterranean architecture.. There is something so classy about it! 😍 😍 😍 😍 😍
Enes, THIS is a good house. Unlike the other ones from the US :'D. There's curtains, minimal amount of glass, privacy, tranquility, nice grass/pool(s)!
On a separate note I look forward to all your videos!
Hello from France. Love the south of my country.
love it! feels like a family could actually live there, a lot of the properties at this price range seem like they’d be uncomfortable to live in
Nice house I like it 👌🏻😋😊😀
Edit = Thanks 😊 Enes to like and replying my comment
Hi Enes! i was searching for a video that i saw about a year ago, and did not find it. It was a house that had a highway above the house and a huge circular concrete column. I love that house and that video. I would love to see that video again. Thank you.
We also toured another amazing estate in St Tropez with stunning bay views:

Hi I really like that house and I got a question may I ask you?
Hello, what can I do to get the chance to meet you or Mikey one day. I am French, and telling you : Je vous adore! I would love to meet you, or take care of you or follow you anywhere in the world. Please get back to me. XX ❤❤❤❤
Hello, Bordrum is beautiful, would you like to go back to live there? I would follow you anywhere, I am watching you everyday and I just love you and the way you are❤❤❤❤
