The guy in the beginning talking about job opportunities, blacks are about 15% of the population well then 1 out of 10 people in a job interview are black, that is pretty close to accurate, unless you are in a black neighborhood.

Jesse is too smart for this world and entirely too humble about it.
The term ‘racist’ has been so overused lately that it’s lost its derogatory grip. We’re all desensitized to it now. It’s laughable at this point.
And most of the people using the term are the real racists is the irony.
It didn’t lose its meaning, it just gets overused on the internet. Reality is nothing like the things you hear on these podcasts. People have “evil” values but you won’t know this for a fact unless they openly demonstrate them (not for attention on the internet). Otherwise you’re just making claims based on basically nothing.

As a complete outsider living in Europe, becoming aware of the social justice wave coming out of America back in 2011 ish it always seemed to me the main problems in the US, in order was 1. the war on drugs, 2. The glorification of gangster culture, 3. The incentives given to single parent, female households, 4. That weird abortion group that kept putting up clinics in poor neighbourhoods.
These 4 things always seemed to me to be the most traceable in statistics leading up to where the US finds itself today.

8:00 I'm with ya JP but come on, some have earned it. Some habe been acting since before affirmative action. Denzel is one that comes to mind immediately. Wesley Snipes is another. Don't know how long Idras has been acting for but you are also not wrong. A LOT of them today certainly haven't earned it and it's not just black people either. That chick who got the role in Snow white is a prime example.
