I questioned that on another channel, and someone replied that the money is a donation to the Kings Horse Guards Charity Funds. I've seen this happen several times and wondered why the Guards would allow money to be dropped into their boot.

@@munchkintheoneandonly9253 I know that sometimes a guard will get a note in their boots, mostly from kids, n money. But I didn't know the money went to charity. Even though I'm from America I'd love to donate to the cause ❤️❤️

I think they deserve to be gifted for their excellent service too.After all they are doing a good job.If I have the chance I am happy to donate too.
