7029 'Clun Castle ' Hauls The Vintage Trains 'Ffestiniog Express'- (08/06/24):

This day excursion from Dorridge to Llandudno Jct with a D1755 extension to Blanau Ffestiniog is seen here at Tame Bridge shortly after leaving Birmingham New St. The return was captured in the failing light at Tyseley en route to Dorridge.
Nice as always to catch up with John ‪@GreatBritishRailways1‬ at Tame Bridge this morning.

Thanks John and yes, anywhere else wasn't worth the time so took the easy option. Decided to do the Belle separately. Shame I couldn't get the return but just couldn't be in 2 places at once!!

Well an early start & late finish yes Rob. Was planning to go further north for the return but that was a bit problematic. I just got away with it at Tyseley thankfully!
