- US President Joe Biden's special envoy says Washington is working to avoid a 'greater war' between Hezbollah and Israel.
Amos Hochstein has been meeting Lebanese leaders in Beirut.
Hezbollah has increased cross-border rocket attacks in the past week after Israel killed one of its top commanders.
Hochstein also met Israeli leaders on Monday.
Elijah Magnier is a military and political analyst.

So if Israel is supported unconditionally by the US with military aid, money, geopolitical and media pressure, then it is obvious that Israel is not even trying to create a long term peaceful solution, becuase if it would, then Israel has all tools and aid to do that.
