इस वीडियो में मैंने ४ आसान और हेल्दी नास्ता बनाया है..एक ही मिक्सचर बना के आप चार अलग तरह के नास्ता बना सकते है वो भी एकदम कम तेल में...ये रेसिपी सेहत के लिए भी लाभदायक है और स्वाद भी इनका बहुत अच्छा है..

Moong dal - 1 cup
Cumin seeds-1 tsp
Garlic cloves- 10 to 12
Green chilli- 4
Coriander leaves -1/4 cup
Ginger -2 inch
Cooking oil
Mustard seeds -1 tsp
Curry leaves - 10 to 12
Onion
Tomato
Coriander leaves
