    Well, as long as they help keeping the pestering insects in check, I wouldn't mind them roaming around in small number...

      Agreed. They have been around here for about ten years and we see them regularly. I found an adult only once and it was beautiful. Also, at least they don't make that barking sound a lot of Geckos make.
