- Hey guys...welcome back to the channel and in this episode I went ashore in beautiful Durban, South Africa and I will take you with me. The area I was walking was by the beach and a lot of shopping and I really enjoyed it there.

Our summer is their winter, so I bet the cool temps felt good and it's amazing the places your travels as a mariner take you because I think this is the furthest south you've been since I've been watching you, at least.
Yes the temperature was great and I really enjoyed it there. I am getting ready to go back to Brasil soon and this time we are planning to go all the way 2 the South which will also be extremely cool I will be posting a lot from there, but maybe on the other channel that we are trying to start.

My daughter wants to attend the seafarers Harry Lundeberg School of Seamanship. She is 18 years old. She wants her area of work to be in the galley cooking. In your opinion are women safe on the ships? and what would be your recommendation for a woman to ensure her safety.
