Congratulations on passing the CO, seems like you went through a lot but stayed calm, patient and persistent until it got done! 💪🏾
Thank you. It was really frustrating but I learned a lot along the way and made mistakes that I will avoid on my next deal.
I’m learning so much from you. I can’t thank you enough. Blessings to you and yours🙏🏾
Thank you so much for watching!
That baseboad heater so close to that toilet seems to be a burn hazzard. should have put in a wall heater
It is such a tiny bathroom and we failed the inspection because of no heat so I had to put it in. I’m going to replace the vanity to optimize on space.
Felicidades!! Congrats. Thank you for sharing your experience, it’s very helpful. You give a true depiction of the process.
Thank you so much!
Congratulations!!! You are the BOMB. Would love to connect with you; I'm getting started in Paterson, NJ
Congratulations, feel free to email me!
Do you need CO for just new construction or fix & flip too?
And how long did it take from first inspection to finally obtaining CO?
why is the city telling you what to do what your property, are the helping with the mortgage payment too?
I agree, but this is how they make sure homes are safe for people to live in so I get it but I don't like it!
How much did it cost you in inspections as a whole? Sounds expensive! Congrats on finally getting your CO😊
Inspection cost me $500, the contractor was responsible for the cost of the permits. But it only cost him around $200 per permit or less. They did not charge me for another inspection the 2nd time around.
Oh ok. Thanks for responding back!😊
@@cbow5582 Ofcourse, my pleasure
Do you need this to open air bnb
If your leasing then your landlord will take care of that for you but if you own the property you need a CO before anyone can stay at the home. The city has to inspect the home to make sure it is safe.
Who was your contractor? They seem good.
They did a good job but over priced and took advantage, I do not recommend them.
@@MelaninMommyMillionaire Would you mind sharing who they are so other investors know who to avoid?
What if the window doesn't open
Then i fail the CO. Needed to have a fully functional window before they pass me and allow me to rent it out.
