For anyone wondering or getting discouraged you need to be about 4 month in for these. The drills shown in this video are already advanced, don’t get discouraged if you can’t do this easily after 3 or 4 months Patience is key in this kind of recovery Static squats, hip thrust, crab walk and balance exercises 2-5 times a week will get you to this faster as you put on muscle in the knee area but don’t forget that the ligament itself is still healing. Light runs and small hops after 3 months is considered fast recovery! Absolutely no twisting motion for about 8 months and ideally for the full year following the intervention! Be patient my friends. On another note, don’t be too gentle either, your new knee is way more sturdy than you’d think and without any twist your body is capable of almost anything so get to it it just needs to put on muscle! Also, work around your pain, don’t force it, it WILL come back. Patience, « RICE », exercise and you WILL be (unless you were an athlete in your absolute prime) stronger after than before. Most people never go 100% in their life so the training you do will take you further in your craft than you’ve ever been as you will have new strength. Chances are that you will be better trained and have better awareness of your body following this recovery! Be optimistic!
