I am at a loss as to why you have so few subscribers because your videos are of great quality and content which a huge audience would enjoy but are yet to stumble upon your channel
UA-cam suggested your channel and i was intrigued and happily surprised; I love the outdoors and wild camping. Not so much a fan of the ultralight approach but i get it. Best to describe my focus is on the wild camping side over the long hiking so not had a need to drop all the gear weight, its light enough for my needs. Sure i am way over 9.5kg Just checked and my tent, sleeping bag and 45l backpack are 5kg before any other gear 🙂. Brilliant production on your videos and shocked with less than 400 subscribers the detail and effort you have gone to. Awesome work. You get a sub from me keep up the amazing work and hope you enjoy every moment. Do it for you not the channel.
Thank you for such a positive comment. This is my first video about wild camping and although I've been doing it for decades, I've only just got the bug back again. I love hiking so yeah for me the weight is an issue, we all hike a different hike! Thanks for watching and the sub, glad to have you here!
That was a great basic camp. OK, a bit damp but it all ads to the spirit of it. I especially liked your use of a bin liner, as you say - no need to spend loads of dosh.
Sometimes the simplest solution is the best solution! Still plenty of room for gear improvement though, definitely be doing it again asap. Thanks for watching Michaela.

I was only 2 miles from Postbridge but finding my way back in the dark after a few might have been tricky. lol
