When I was visiting my dad on the weekends I always got Lean Cuisine lasagna and also their stuffed shells, lol. Not because of them being "lean" I just loved them and my dad didn't cook like my mom. I feel you about frozen lasagna. It's great. You have to really do something special for it to be worth ALL that extra money.

I used to not be bothered by a piece of hair on my food until the one restaurant my meal had a wad of hair like somebody chopped a chunk of tangled hair off now it repulses me…lol. Olive Garden’s food all comes frozen and they just heat it up…my friend who was Italian got a job their thinking their food was from scratch and quit his first day…lol. I always just get soup and salad…love it!

I'm not a scampi person either... it usually has a LOT of garlic (not my favorite flavor... at all!). I love Olive Garden, if I'm splurging I would get either the chicken Parm or the Tour of Italy. If not I used to get their spedini (3 skewers with different meats on them). I don't even know if they still have that. Thanx for the review. Our family got olive garden take out just last night and it was AWFUL. Literally awful. One shrimp scampi, one chicken shrimp carbonara, extra bread sticks with Alfredo dipping sauce, salad (not enough dressing, it was one dressing per big tub of salad) and 2 pieces of their chocolate bow tie mouse. 80 bucks later and it was not satisfying at all. Never again for us.

You could only get a few things and they were so bland. It was never like that when we actually ate in, so im wondering if it has to do with getting it to go? I think your “tour of Italy” has a small portion of Alfredo, so it look alittle dry with little sauce on top. If you order it as it own entré, they will put ALOT OF THE Alfredo sauce on the dish and the chicken with the Alfredo is the best. I love their chicken they they put on the pasta Alfredo cuz it’s Very FLAVORFUL! 😝 😆 Ps. Idk if it true at all restaurants but everytime I get an entré it come with UNLIMITED breadsticks and soups, u can exchange the soup if you don’t like what u get.
I was one of the people who said you should eat the cheese. But at the same time I hated blue cheese until I was 30. And for some reason I can't get enough of it now. Especially with some honey on crispy thin bread. Or with sweet pepper jelly.
I was so shocked to see the portion sizes. I'm a very light eater so when I go out for pasta I usually bring home enough for two more meals. To start I was disappointed with the salad it was served in one bowl for the table family style and it was a smaller portion than you got for a single person. There was one tomato in a bowl for four people. The breadsticks were hard and obviously stale. I ordered angel hair pasta with shrimp and asparagus. It was $25 and the portion was so small I was actually hungry. There was nothing to take home so my son suggested I order a side fettuccine which they were selling for 799. In this case there wasn't a problem with the portion but it was so sweet it tasted like they had salted the water with sugar. One bite and the rest went in the garbage. No hint of cheese it was just a sweet tasting white sauce. I haven't been back since. I will say my entree was delicious but it is a sin to go out for pasta and leave hungry.
The Olive Garden by me you can do curbside pickup but they don’t have a catering menu where they deliver $50 or more of food to you. Loved this video! Thank you for doing it for us!
lol i can go both ways on the hair in my food if i dont think about it & hurry and get it off im fine, but if i stare too long & i can get new food im switching it out. never mean about it tho cause i work in the industry so it does happen on accident
