Santa Cruz Boardwalk arcade had that Super Mario Bros pinball table for a long time. Not sure if it is still there. One of the GOATs for pinball for sure

Dead cells doesn't actually use pixel art it's 3D models with a fancy shader that makes it look like Pixel art.
That's what people mean when they say pixel art.....

Commenter is right. It’s a fixed camera with low resolution filter with v-hold effect. It deserves the asterisk.
@@thisscreensucks It might look like a lot like pixel art, but 3D models with special shaders are literally not pixel art. Pixel art does not have polygons or any 3D geometry in it.

Dream Quest is the original Slay the Spire, kinda. if you've haven't tried it... Its truly something to see.
Double blind randomised trials show you can't tell the difference between 4 and 8k unless you're so close to the screen you wouldn't be able to see the edges. 4K is where it is at boys and girls.

I'm confused about the online thing . Don't all single player games that need a download need to be online ? If they aren't how would you download the patch ?
We were talking about installing the game, which should be able to happen entirely from the disc without connecting to the internet.

If the reporting on Microsoft’s ARM chips is accurate (that they may outport Apple’s), the generational leap claim might be true. The first M1 MacBooks completely obliterated the entire laptop market. If the next Xbox has a similar silicon revamp, it could have a ton of power.
In CPU scores.. the GPU of Apple Silicon wasn’t quite as game changing.
@@jacobpro_ But most modern games are more CPU-throttled than restricted by GPU performance.

Bizarre Microsoft claim the biggest technological leap in generation. This generation has barely been utilized and optimised. Failure to shift hardware units this generation and deciding the solution is more hardware sounds very 90s Sega.

Yeah if you completely separate it from all the money that has been spent on Xbox. How many years will it take to recoup just the money spent on the Activisionblizzardking purchase? They have spent so much money it's insane. How you can say Xbox is profitable blows my mind.
