BUYER BEWARE Dont buy Mibro products - the customer service is dreadful. My watch failed with the known fault of a line down the centre of the screen and then the watch face turns yellow and you cannot see anything. Customer service kept me dancing around for a month with non stop excuses and false promises. When I politely complained, they said there is nothing more they could do
@JebuLive it's a known fault. Even mentions it on the app and it says if you have this problem contact customer service. I did and they have been dishonest in their promise to rectify the problem. At no stage was i impolite or disrespectful but now they don't even reply. Shoddy after sales service needs to be pointed out to prospective buyers.
Hi bro,I m from india,but I m in vietnam now, I bought this watch and returned it, because when I installed mibro fit app it doesn’t had india as a region in its list, So thought it would not work india… What you say, if it will work fine in india means I will buy that again…please reply
I’m using it from Bangladesh- mine is connecting well so definitely buy again or may be even upgraded one would be better like GS PRO - still if there is no india region in app select any ASIAN country would be fine

It’s a regional problem not for all minro segment - for more you can google it
@JebuLive I'm in Thailand, if its a regional problem maybe Mibro customer service can Google it themselves and help their customers right?
