The sweets I am not into because sweets are not good for my health and I am very conscious of my weight. In Canada everybody lives in the gym . Where I live the people looked at you squared if you are obese, because everybody is either jogging, running, cycling or walking. Sports are big here. I am diabetic and asthmatic and don’t want to get any kind of arthritis so I drink a lot of water and sometimes a little bit of juices. I love your video and it was the first time watching you.
