I have a question, why was peppers immediately put on the commissioners exempt list but rashee rice wasn't??? Because rashee plays for the chiefs and they didnt want to take away mahomes top receiver?!?! I mean seriously. I get what peppers is accused of is serious shit, but what rashee rice is alleged to have done (racing and causing serious car accidents that severely injured multiple people, and then runs away) is pretty fucking serious as well...how is he allowed to keep playing and peppers isnt??? I just dont understand how this works.....and it cant be because peppers allegedly put hands on someone because why was Alvin kamara allowed to keep playing when he was caught on video beating the shit out of someone?!?!? None of it makes any sense. They ALL should be on the exempt list or none of them should until after their court shit plays out. It isn't fair to put one on and not the others..who decides what crime is worse?? Because all 3 of these guys crimes or alleged crimes are pretty fucking horrendous..but yet out of all 3 peppers gets immediate put on the exempt list. Doesn't make sense to me.
Unfortunately, this team is going to get worse before it gets better. I think Mayo doesn’t have control of his players. The coaching on offense/defense and oline is suspect. From a talent perspective, they don’t have enough. This rebuild will take another 5 years.
