For my lazy days I always go for more sleep AND coffee. No need to choose! :p
Then I always try to go for a nice long walk to the farmers market and roam around because it's the only time I can ever get a good walk in that isn't work related :D

I recognize your new neighborhood, I live in the neighborhood next door! Try Millie's and Black Cat for brunch, so yummy. Also Oasis Nails across from McDonalds is a really great if you're looking for a new spot. If you like Indian food, Agra Cafe in the same plaza is my favorite takeout treat. The parking at the closest Trader Joe's is the worst (don't go on a Sunday, nightmare) but they also should be opening a Whole Foods nearby soon. Hope you love your new place!
