I got to drive one of these today. It was only around the parking lot. It fealt smooth. Wish I could have took it around the block but I am liable for any damages.
I drove the same spec recently and totally agree with your assessment. Personally I think the car looks stupid and I hate SUV’s but all that went away after the ignition was turned on Thanks for your video well done 👍
Questions regarding the switch gear digs in every review on these; "They're low rent from Chrysler/Jeep/Ram!" I read that those same switches originated from Mercedes during the Daimler/Chrysler merger era. Is that true, that theyr're originally Mercedes switchgear? If so, does it matter that they're now also in a Maserati? They work well, are intuituve, reliable and feel good to the touch. Is it really a bad thing that Maserati chose to equip their car with reliable corporate switch gear and spent that R&D money elsewhere on something more interesting? Regarding those detractors of Maserati using Uconnect vs something "bespoke." I agree with you, very smart choice. Cars are getting huge reliability demerits now fo poor infotainment systems. If you have arguably the best unit (Uconnect is easily one of the very best) in the auto world in your corporate partsbin, you should absolutly use it (or be a fool).
Great review! Best looking suv imo! But especially with the Gransport trim. I probably wouldn’t get one without the aggressive looks of the Gransport.

As much as I love your complete and detailed reviews, you need to show some flybys of the cars you review. Otherwise, perfect. Just suscribed !
We just don't have the time and budget for the flybys. Sorry.
The 19s have the improved shifter. The exhaust sound is the reason to buy a Levante
Suscribed. Great review, honest and precise, no stupid jokes or unnecessary rants, hello Doug.
Thank you!
Doug knit picked this car so bad too
Great Review.

Great review! Informative and engaging. Thx
Please review a 2019 Alfa Romeo Stelvio with its 2.0-liter 280-hp turbo-charged direct-injection 4 cylinder engine. Thanks!
I'll try. That review should be coming soon... hopefully.
@@JaredRosenholtz Thanks!!!

Did you.? I’m looking at one with 57k miles

Excellent review. The Levante lost some points for sharing parts with Fiat/Chrysler.
Funny how no one rants about 911 Turbo S and VW Golf sharing some parts as well
the dodge infotainment is awesome...smart of maserati to use it
BMW is not a sports car manufacturer, and never has been. Marketing rules OK.
The Levante is very underwhelming
Yea? How so? Do you have one? If not what do you drive ? What would you prefer? I'm thinking of this or porche suv.
@@IAMHe777 if you like sport I kinda would go with the Maserati’s I owed one lots of fun and luxury
Best one I ever owned..top quality..can't find fault in it..mechanic and engine builder 37 years
You have to have a passion for the brand and history..they are not cheap to maintain. But truly a dream to drive long distance.and built solidly.
