D others were also gud, d only difference was in d emotion & passion Cakra put in d song. In short, Cakra gives life & soul 2 d songs! Wen he was singing, u can feel d pain d words were projecting, it hits u! It makes u believe dat he is re-living d ordeal again! He's very gud at singing heart breaking, heart wrenching, in despair & end of d road kind of song. Like he was juz rejected, still down & recovering from d experience. So much so, after listening 2 his song, u'll feel heart broken by him 2! Dat said, try reacting 2 his cover of Lady Gaga's I'LL NEVER LOVE AGAIN, which was set in an easy, composed & relax setting! It was very raw indeed wif juz d accompaniment of Gerry Anake on d piano. U can bet dat some subscribers will b swearing dat dey 2 will not love again after listening 2 Cakra's singing!
To call him a good singer is an undrstatement. He is a glass act. He made me tear wth this performance, he cn really draw d listener into d situation. Btw, he did a cover of Sam Smiths " Writings on the wall " whch v v few reactors hv reviewed. Frankly i nvr thot Cakra wud attempt songs by Sam Smith bcos somehow i felt hs unique voice wud somehow not b compatible. But he blew me away, n i dare say he ws better thn d original.
