As per Clause 1 of part II of Second Schedule,
A member of the institute whether in practice or not shall be deemed to be guilty of professional misconduct if he contravenes ANY provisions of this act or the REGULATION made their under or any guidelines issued by the council.
If it is so, then is it like anyone who is guilty under any clause of First and Second Schedule is by default guilty under Clause 1/2/2?
And if that's the case, can we refer to this clause in every answer where the member is guilty?

Sir, statutory audit max 30 per partner excl opc and dormant company le skte hai .. if firm has 5 partners that means 150 stat audits and can a single partner sign on all the 150 stat audits? same as the case in tax audit
