I like seeing homey houses like this on your channel as well as the insane mega-manshions. But it's interesting how midcentury and 60's 70's decor is coming back into play lol
I guess if I live in Los Angles my home would be worth millions 3990 sq ft, 5 bed 3.5 bath and 5 acre was worth $179k when we bought it in 2001 here in Louisiana
This home is entirely up my alley. I love these mid centry details. Love the kitchen, I am big fan of no upper cabinets. Again a wooden kitchen, am starting to like this. The interior of this home is so nice, so crisp. You did it again Enes. You are so detailed in all your explanations. It is very enjoyable to look at and listen to your videos.
The house was nice but probably not my best pick but what sold me was the back yard, I love the huge outdoor space and the trees. Another good video. The quality of your videos are getting better and better each post, so I'm very impressed. Looking forward to the next one.
I just got to see this home an I'm truly glad that you felt this home was worth showing because at the price point it truly is remarkable. It has everything you could want in a home an it actually is very calming. The backyard an pool area are extremely special. You have patio space, a huge yard, landscaping, an a pool what more could you want. The mid century elements truly tie this home together. Definitely worth checking out. Thank you Enus for pointing out all the great details.
Hello Enes, great looking house. You're very professional and knowledgeable of the property you show. I also read the detailed description of the location of the surrounding area you posted. It says a lot about how passionate you are about your work.
Lovely home, thank you for sharing your visit with us - and thank you Mikey for eliciting Enes' explanation of the difference between stucco and concrete, I had been wondering the same thing.
Ends, Since sooo many of the buyers are coming here from out of the country & DONT HAVE space where they’ve come from , this place is perfect…so Great job for bringing the attention to that element so many times. I’m thinking that ppl would also like to hear more about the things they could change about that home too. It’s perfect for solar panels PLUS since some ppl like growing their own food, you can mention all the space which is already donated to the garden and you can even improve the space & further save at the grocery store. This home is perfect for those who want to add entertainment areas too, shuffle board, horseshoes, game table bbq & seating area outdoors-There’s just Sooo much room!! This home has probably sold tho right
Yeah. Those gardens. It's really a shame that the people who staged the property were such blithering idiots. The put a bunch of chairs behind the bushes and called it a "sitting area" and... they're completely BLIND to the space they're working with. Those are FOUR very good cinder-block raised garden beds. (The cluster of deep green plants up against the back wall were artichokes.) Frankly, all those bushes around the side walls were wasting space, in my opinion. The raised terrace space around the walls were all raised beds for more gardens. You could grow years and years worth of produce, there. This is a Gardeners' Paradise... and the Realtors are completely blind to it. It's kind of sad.
and now this house belongs to Heath Hussar and Mariah Amato. It’s cool to see how they decorate the place now in their new youtube video and see the before in this video.
Despite all the modern finishes, updated details and 2020's neccesities, the overall vibe of the home is very 50' retro . They kept the spirit of the era.
Liked this house wasn't way over the top and there was a likelihood you'd know where your kids were. I never see homes with a playroom but in the real world you have kids, you have a playroom. The space off the kitchen would work great. Where I live, pools must be enclosed. This yard was better than most with actually enough room for kids to play but that pool scares me. Turn your back for one second..... But this did feel like a family home to me, not a show place. Love the orange tree! Thanks Enes & Co.
Actually, the SFV is part of L.A. County and yes, the law is the same here. We MUST have a enclosure for pools. The Homeowner is legally liable for any harm (or death) that results from anyone using their pool. (Strangely, this also includes trespassers. It doesn't matter that they weren't invited, aren't wanted, are trespassing and also are committing A CRIME.... Ca law says, if anything happens to them, the homeowners are liable. ISN'T California FUN? Thanks Gavin!)
I like woodland hills. Its right next to calabasas. I've been binging your vids in the past few days. So cool to see how much you've grown so fast. Proud of you man!
This is a good deal. The restoration of this home and the size of the backyard/pool. Someone bought this house at a steal and is making a nice profit. Good for them.
One of my favorite houses you have gone through so far. Although modern idntisn't my favorite Mid century i think i like a little. Keep up the great video's!

Beautiful home. Can’t believe how cheap it is. That would go for about that same price or more in my neighborhood. I always thought California real estate was very expensive.

@@EnesYilmazer actually compared to other houses in that area? You are getting a very big lot. I just wish the house had a basement or something to give that extra something...
SayIDidItTM I mean yea, I’m sure it’s a great deal but...I personally do not make enough to afford a mortgage payment on a 1.4 million dollar home😂😂. I think a lot of people could agree with me in saying it truly is not cheap.

I never realized how tall Enes was because I'm used to seeing him in homes with 16 foot ceilings so he makes this home look so small lol

What is the ceiling height of this house 9 feet or 8.5 feet? As it seems way too low...
Oh THIS is my jam. I love mid-century modern houses and the yard is just gorgeous.

This house is amazing for the price range it’s in but that’s the weakest master walk in closest I’ve ever seen 🤣🤣

They should probably add some cabinets and a wall mirror in that closet
