Grew up putting salt on watermelon, usually when it isn't very sweet. Salt helps bring out the flavor in foods. If it's sweet I eat it without salt. Love the new haircut Lisa!

I love the prime rib and the ribs and the fried shrimp. Great price for a dinner buffet with prime rib. Good to go early for the freshest food. Great video guys as always. I'll be back for the dinner buffet soon. I'll tell them Bill and Lisa sent me!
A lot of delicious looking comfort foods! You pretty much get your money's worth with the prime rib alone. The bacon pineapple beans looked awesome! With high blood pressure, I don't do it so much anymore, but in my younger days we would always salt watermelon and cantaloupe. I love the architecture and design of that place!
That's one of my favorite places to eat while in Vegas, especially when we come there with vacations Hawaii ,we get those meal tickets that makes it even cheaper, good food and good place 😊

YAY no time limit and I love the different ethnic foods vs. the gourmet style buffets with 90 minutes of line-waiting then rushing-eating. Everything you two sampled was good to very good and a few even excellent - that's all you can ask for AND a reasonable price - again - you can kick back with each other, sip on soup, then go for a salad, taking your time and then heading for the various entrees. I'd be visiting that Hawaiian food for sure as it is unique for a buffet plus the prime rib was better than many of the high ticket buffets ! You two did a GREAT job reviewing this eatery - thank you so much !!!
I'm goodness everything looked so good 😋 I worked in a nursing home and the chef was famous for his baked beans. It was also the first time I heard of using pineapple in the beans. He used crushed pineapple so that no one would be able to figure out his secret 😂. I found out because I became besties with him and he trusted me with his "secret" ingredient 🤭

A slice of pepperoni pizza.And the China buffett a spring roll, the chicken, fried rice if they have it. Small piece of prime rib and the Augratin potatoes. Love the green beans with that. pineapple baked beans with Bill's giant beef rib. Definitely the Mexican buffet. Taco, enchilada, chips and nacho cheese. Love NO sugar added Bana cream pie, chocolate pudding and that's it. Would go back for Hawaiian food Lisa for sure!😅

I love Main Street Garden Court! It is a simple buffet, but I love it! If you use Vacations Hawaii as your travel agency for your Las Vegas trip, you can eat at the buffet for like $5 to $7 dollars.
Beautiful restaurant. So much looked good especially prime rib. But as far as desserts I wanted carrot cake, blueberry pie, tapioca, and watermelon. And yes, we put salt on watermelon to bring out th e sweetness. Yumm. Oh and the peel and eat shrimp. Hello from Denver

Pre-Covid they had two Seafood nights a week. Miss those days, especially them serving all three meals every day. The only comparable buffet in Downtown was the Paradise buffet in the Fremont Hotel; but alas, they are gone. Salt on watermelon and salt and pepper on cantaloupe. When I have Honey Dew and cantaloupe I add sprinkling of sugar.
As a kid we would sit at the picnic table with only a salt shaker and totally devour a watermelon with lots of salt. :)

I’m surprised they still do beef ribs. Most places only do pork bc it’s cheaper and beef is so expensive now. It all looked pretty well cooked 😊
