This video is so huge. Just finished getting to 69, gonna finish my KZ quest with my rested and can't wait to resume my Feral tanking career, been 12 years! Cheers.
for 10 man I always want a prot pally for trash and MT and feral druid for off tank because they can still dps without changeing talents and the 5% melee crit is huge
Thanks! I see it as a preference. Top tier advice would be to have double same gloves with 1 enchant on each to swap. Being a tank (and druid in general) means having a lot of gear to carry :D
So can anyone explain to me while leveling through the classic zones my swipe does pitiful threat? Like I'll swipe and it'll give me not a ton over 100 aggro on the meter. I'm finding myself having to constantly spam maul just to attempt to keep targets on me
Private servers allow clients that have been tempered with. At the begining of video, the KJ fight, Beef is using TBC client with WoD models for druid forms. Its quite fun, i used it as well ^^
If you are having an issue with keeping up the threat, it is option, yes. I just personally dont like it, since its only 2%. On the other hand(s :D) agility is better than threat if you are mostly offtank and swap to dps kitty every now and then in raiding guild, plus it gives more survivability in the long run. Thats my opinion and suggestion, prefference is personal :D
@@Volfey You always want more threat. The 2% is pretty significant. You are never gonna totally outthreat DPS especially later into the game. You will have a different set of gloves for Cat with 15 agi on if anything. But you roll with what you wanna roll with, just putting the arguments from the Druid Discord with guys that had 10+ years of Feral tank Experience in TBC.
@@Bugge5001 with all due respect to players from druid discord and their experience they gathered and put into wowtbc.gg i saw that some of it doesnt really reflect it. Feral tank is known that it has superior threat to other tanks. I mean comes down to preference, if you cant squeeze as much threat you need it, and i personally never had issues, so i suggest getting agility.
@@Volfey If you don't have threat issues then your DPS is not pumping enough, maybe it is fine for tier 4, but when we get longer into the game threat issues will become more and more apparent. There is a reason why 2% threat is considered the superior option throughout the game.
@@Bugge5001 @Sebastian Bugge i havent played original tbc, i played pservers for long time (7 yrs) and i did main feral. Lets take for example muru humanoids, i kept threat against locks, warriors and hunters going full out, without threat on gloves. Regardless i dont support minmaxing speedrunning community as i dont find it fun at all, but to each its own. So, once again, my suggestion is 15 agility and threat would be second option for tanks that have 2nd pair of gloves, so they can swith arouns for different boss fights, raids or dungeons. :D
If people really follow the guide of stacking agility over stamina, and not taking armor as their number one priority, then that's a good thing. If the blind follow the blind, it just means you can shine brighter. :) The smart ones will naturally realize that the avoidance that comes from dodge doesn't matter due to overhealing. Raid tanks don't die to accumulated damage, they die to a few lucky hits. I would go as far as to take 75% armor with 0% dodge, over 65% armor+30% dodge any day of the week. Where those lulzy agility "dodge" bears die in 2 lucky hits, I tank those hits, and then ask for more punishment. Bears also get something like 45-50% health from stamina, more as a tauren. If you go agility, while knowing that, well, keep on keeping on lmao. Please keep spreading your "useful" information, it helps me look good.

Dang! I had feeling I Forgot to mention something :D Well i guess one more thing for next video, the crit aura ^^
Expertise does not reduce chance to be blocked. It reduces the chance to be dodged and parried.
just bought wow played rogue to 31 then rerolled druid and its much more fun
Lovely ^^ It can only get better! I'm glad you are having fun!
Wait, how did the shaman at 9:18 drop all totems at once? Is this WotLK footage?
To become bear you must bear the bear
It's bearly hard! :D Im bearly awake to comeup with good pun xd
everything is really good except the agi to gloves. you gain about twice as much TPS if you go with 2% threat instead.

You don't put Agility on gloves as a Bear Tank. 2% Threat is way superior
