I think it's super cool that these older style characters have movesets that look like they are from MK9-MK12. I need to play this some day. Awesome :) Are the intros for only certain characters? Very neat to add that as well. :)
I was spending a few weeks looking for this after seeing it in the background of a video. As someone who used to mess with the likes of Mugen back in 07' I really appreciate people coming together to have a project and download all available to go, Much less time to mess with txt files & characters i've never really much been able to get back in to it in my 30's than the spare time i had in my teens lol. You definitely deserve a sub for this and Congrats for sidelining me from SF6. Really looking forward to playing this!!! If you're aware of any other decently balanced collections from other series i'd absolutely adore some intel on it. Many thanks again for this though!
Why not just place all of the same chars name under one image and pressing select will change to which chars you want? For ex: all of the subzero under subzero image. When I press select, it changes from mk1 subzero to mk2 subzero etc… this screen is a mess.

Sure. You can delete anyone from the select.def file in data folder. But for the "one box char" you will need an addon called mugenhook that I completly forgot how to use

I can launch this directly through steam and can map a controller to this pretty easily, but im having trouble getting another controller for player 2 to work.

Exactly what I love about the game. Its like a big expansion on the classics. And some chars do have intros
I find it strangely funny that Ghost Face is able to take on Pyramid Head in a Mortal Kombat style fight.

Yes, somo chars have easy fatalities or block + one button. With so many fighters I think its better to simplify =)
