I agree with everything you said but I think the reason Jale told Ashleigh and Danielle is because she's in a situation where if she keeps her mouth shut and it comes out they'll all think she's fake. Plus it's given her a tiny bit of power in the house when she's been on the back foot for the entire show so far.

The biggest problem I have with this series is the overuse of the term "upfront." Just because you disagree with someone and scream and call them names to their face and then mudden their reputation in whispers afterward doesnt meant you are upfront. it means you're an asshole. Being upfront means confronting someone with a discussion to let them know where you stand with them and listening to what they have to say in response. Hopefully reaching some sort of understanding and moving on. Otherwise, it is just bully tactics.
Real people dont have to go about telling everyone that they are upfront and honest... because it shows in their actions. THIS is why the British public is beginning to dislike Pauline, Helen, and Toya. They are hypocrites.

I haven't watched this episode, yet - but from your comments, it seems Jale betrays that Chris is the PH. You are all right who believe that was a bad move on her part. I agree with you, definitely. The name-calling and ostracizing that Helen and Pauline instigated against Jale was more than just a couple of women having words with each other. Someone had posted that BB should have let them just work it out. It was how they continued to lie and denigrate and ostracize Jale from the entire house - or tried to turn everyone against her. People completely ignoring her "good morning" and calling her names while huddled in a group - with her clearly in earshot - is a cruelty a lot of people don't understand. I think she must have felt so low and hated and confused about what the h*** happened for her to be so hated. It is a devastating feeling for people who are outcast and alone; especially, when they don't know why! Almost all of the initial verbal pulverizing was based on Madam Moron (Pauline) and her gossip when the 2nd day group first entered. Jale never even had a chance to get to know people before that nasty cow had started poisoning everyone against her. Turning on Chris really, really makes it hard for me to keep wanting to be in her corner but I think I'm going to believe it was because - after almost two weeks of being treated like manure and ignored and lonely - she must have been desperate to have something to share with someone! Finally, to have something that others will just talk with her about must have felt overwhelming to hold on to! ANYway, that's my melodramatic take on why she would betray poor Chris' trust. I thought Jale was in the best spot to win, but not after that ridiculous bumble. She not only lied to her friend, but also spread hearsay. She seemed to have her head on her shoulders, but maybe the pressure is finally getting to her.

Seriously? I stopped watching BB US last summer because of the virulent racism shown by Aaryn and Gina and the constant bullying by Amanda. I applauded their managers for cancelling their modelling contracts and for Amanda losing her job. I'll never watch BBUS again.

I don't think I've seen a single eviction in the 8 seasons I've watched of BBUK where HM's are so angry about being up for noms. It's literally all they've talked about for the last 3 days. It's getting really boring.

People keep saying Chris is a terrible actor. I actually think he is a terrible liar and he has admitted that he hates lying. Keeping his secret isnt so much an acting job as it is a lying job and his real personality keeps him from being fake in his reactions when nominations are revealed.

Pauline bullies Jale from day one & Jale's reaction is to 'give P her space', while P continues to attack her. Now she's is all in a huff & mad & going to take a stand about Chris being the PH, something that's not affecting her. I'm completely off her now. Not at all who I thought she was.

The name-calling and ostracizing that Helen and Pauline instigated against Jale was more than just a couple of women having words with each other. Someone had posted that BB should have let them just work it out. It was how they continued to lie and denigrate and ostracize Jale from the entire house - or tried to turn everyone against her.
People completely ignoring her "good morning" and calling her names while huddled in a group - with her clearly in earshot - is a cruelty a lot of people don't understand. I think she must have felt so low and hated and confused about what the h*** happened for her to be so hated. It is a devastating feeling for people who are outcast and alone; especially, when they don't know why!
Almost all of the initial verbal pulverizing was based on Madam Moron (Pauline) and her gossip when the 2nd day group first entered. Jale never even had a chance to get to know people before that nasty cow had started poisoning everyone against her.
Turning on Chris really, really makes it hard for me to keep wanting to be in her corner but I think I'm going to believe it was because - after almost two weeks of being treated like manure and ignored and lonely - she must have been desperate to have something to share with someone! Finally, to have something that others will just talk with her about must have felt overwhelming to hold on to!
ANYway, that's my melodramatic take on why she would betray poor Chris' trust. I think he's a nice enough guy, he won't hold it against her. I wonder if, as someone else posted, as well - he nominated Malon (sp???) to take the heat off of him, too.
