    My Moto g71 is a 5g phone and I am not getting any 5g network even i have 5g network availability in my place . I searched for this and came to know that my phone needs to be updated from android 12 to 13 to get 5g but in settings it says ' everything is good ' and dosent show any option to update. Please help me in updating my phone

      Hello, there. We're sorry to hear that you're having problems connecting to 5G in your area. I know how frustrating this must be for you, let's see what we can do here to help. The Moto G71 will remain on Android 12 as the plan offered to it is one OS upgrade.
      Have you tried using your SIM Card on another device to see if it works fine? Do you have a 5G service plan on your SIM? -Rica

      Hi, thanks for posting. We would like to let you know Moto G 71 is not expected to receive Android 13, it will remain on current Android version. In regard to 5g concern, can you please confirm if you are able to see 5g option under preferred network? Regards-Amit

      In this case, we would suggest you try using the Rescue and Smart Assistance tool and perform the Rescue function. Please go through the link here: lnv.gy/4e9gZth for instructions. This process will wipe all data from the phone. Make sure that you have taken all data back up before you could perform the Rescue function on your phone.       Me too! Wouldn't change anything about my Motorola. I have Motorola g stylus for anything. I bought a Motorola g stylus in 2020 and I a really pleased. I loved the fact that it literally stay charged for 2 days. That's a plus for me. I just bought this one in February of this year. My husband wanted one to. He had a LG for over 8 in years. It's was in excellent condition it was just an old VERY OLD PHONE THAT WAS SLOW AF. I HATED IT. He knows I've been wanting to get him a new phone for awhile now. Finally he bought the same as mine and he is really pleased with it. Well that's my truth. Yay go Motorola! Your the shiznit!...🤳🤣😂🤣

      It never seems to match right just right enough to force it through the phone I'm trying to fix was through cricket and there's firm ware blocking simple functions of the device, another time I was trying to manually update the android of on my tablet and while doing so I chose a different model and downloaded those files cuz it matched the hardware slightly and now it gets read as two different profiles depending on the sight that I am viewing I don't really understand it but I'm pretty sure that is why basic systems will crash and stop but for what I use it for doesn't matter fortunately

    How much data does it require in total? Can I do it with my daily 1.5gb data?

If you are referring to its storage requirements, we recommend having at least 2 GB of free space since the file is 1 GB.       @@cammeron.62 I'm sorry to hear that, I gave up on my Moto Edge+ 22 and replaced it with a Google Pixel. It gets monthly security updates and also has A14. It's also almost bug free compared to other Android devices. Save the money and switch to Pixel.

    I had system crash on Motorola G pro / Stylus recently.
    Then it was very hard to boot (multiple boot attempts before starting up).
    It only started behaving well again when i let it drain battery fully, then charge and it booted again normally without boot looping.
    I noticed the flashlight / light if turned on while boot loop issues it was flashing and not constant.
    Now after battery drained fully the light turns on again normally too.

    Imy 16 month old phone g30 started hanging frequently on any average app.
    6month old g31 getting switch on automaticlly when i put it on charging. My sister's 27 months old realme nazro30 doing well. Faster than my new moto phones, also never hangs!
    Lost hope and trust on motorola. 💔 Now i hate moto. Customerservice point is not professional. Not interested to take a case(phone issu). Very bad.

    Why did they remove the rescue mode, turned off in their last update, only equipment that enters fastboot can be saved, but if the equipment does not turn on and only gives a qualcomm port, it cannot be recovered?

      Yes , I am using the updated WhatsApp version, and I have tried to connect with the internet connection as well as wifi connection are stable on other phones.
      I am from India (Kolkata city). I also have done all the trouble shooting step which provided by AI and customer support.But still it's not working properly.

      I'm sorry to hear that. Unfortunately, having an open bootloader can prevent OTA updates and manual updates via PC tools like RSA if the device isn't running a locked bootloader or stock ROM. This could also affect warranty coverage. -Elle

      Let me explain to you briefly that at starting it worked unconscious like sensor worked for 5 times then there is no recognition of my finger until i restart my phone then same will repeat. Later, i received a security update so i proceeded to it and totally the option of fingerprint is been removed from mobile. Now, i have done the RSA to my mobile through laptop then i got back my fingerprint option in my phone, but the same problem of previous working conditions arrived to my sensor. Does this made u understand what i faced and facing now? Can u give some solution to this? @@MotorolaUS

      RSA Client version 6.8.4 (downloaded more than 5 times and reinstalled it)
      model xt2343-2 type mc410
      i think it is a by the traffic site or someone wants to do cyberwarfare with zombies in the eu again
      tried to download the actual firmware for security reasons, but after the typing of the fresh registration nothing happens by/at and after the login.
      in the past it was for real not so complicated to get the software support packages for a device into factory configuration: ftp and so on was for real a better choice.

      You can install the Rescue and Smart Assistant tool on any Windows PC. However, if your PC has an organizational administrator, you cannot bypass that since every company-owned PC has security protocols before installing any app that is not provided/needed by a company. -Rica

      @@MotorolaUS Thanks for the info. This was the missing piece of information from the RSA documentation. I have an Edge 40 Neo that says there is no new software and the only way to update it is with your RSA tool. I'll do it later and give some feedback afterwards if it really keeps the eSIM.

Your team is sure the eSIM won't be deleted? I'm asking because I now got a response from Motorola in my country and they said it will be deleted 🙃

      @@MotorolaUS I went ahead and asked my carrier for a new eSIM online just to be safe(as I don't want to lose time going to their shop for it) and then I used RSA to install the latest software on the phone and I can confirm that the eSIM is NOT deleted. It appears that Motorola Romania doesn't have all the informations :)
      Maybe you can forward this to the right department and this information should be included in the FAQ and guide for RSA.

    I have successfully upgraded MOTO G4 plus in OREO 8.1 with this method. Everything is working perfectly but the Phone is now in NO SERVICE😀😀😀😀. Even the Moto Service Centre could not resolve this issue. They asked to replace the motherboard.

    NO No No.....design error Motorola.....all I should have to do is go to a website and plug in my phone and maybe answer some questions as to how I want it configured. Backup should be automatic before the assistant will start. I also want approved apps for things like messaging so that I'm sure that it will work well with Motorola and that I'm not downloading a virus. Virus scan and removal should be step number one in this program Motorola. Its these things that make an Android a pain to use.

OH! yea and I forgot to mention that the phone is on the latest software version T3TMS33.23-141-2-4 with March security patch update please fix these issues ASAP I literally paid 23k for this phone 😭 and please improve the performance in the Motorola edge 40 neo I hope that you understand how i feel 🥲 I am waiting for the fixes in the future updates 😄
