They have improved alot just did my service in tata service centre they have top notch hospitality even the service advisor resolved all my concerns... they gave me snacks, coffee ...one of my friend had come with me there (he owns eartiga, santro) and even he got surprised by seeing tata service and he admitted that maruti, Hyundai don't offer such service
As per my experience in Panipat 👉 1st. Hyundai (the best) , 2nd Tata(very good), 3rd Maruti & MG motors (ok-ok kind), 4th Kia ( they don't bother at all )

in my experience till now I love Jeep Chandigarh showroom even after I told them that u only want to experience the Jeep Compass drive they let me test drive with salesman which has a great knowledge about the and gave me a test drive of about 21 kms and allow me to check the stability at 120 kmph and hard braking...and during the end of the test they said we hope that in near future you will own one of the car of this American legend company, we wish you the best. Literally one the best showroom i ever visited

The fact they seems polite and respectful only when you're about to buy their Car once you bought a car then their true colors will show up you'll see how their response changes quickly into avoidance or not paying enough attention like they did in your first day plus camera putting in front of them is another plus point added to their polite behaviour. Their actual behaviour shows up when you drop your car for service, plus the staffs are totally different when it comes to both showroom buying salesman and vehicle service employees. Unless this video is only about their sugar coated politeness when buying a vehicle! then, it doesn't even show the total reality of these showroom at all.

And here , I did the same test when i was in search of a sub 4m car. Tata , Mahindra , Maruti ,Honda, Hyundai , Kia - These were the brand showrooms that i visited. Out of all these , I genuinely loved Maruti and Kia ‘s showroom .

Bro I would say MG is the best. It’s been 3 months now I bought Hector and they still call me back to back to check how car is performing any issues I am facing. They treat like I am the boss and they have to keep calling me to check how things are going on. MG is the best
Everytime I go for even single and small issues if I face they offer me coffee along with biscuits. This shows how they treat their customers.
They treat customers like God even after sales. When I went for first service they commit for 2 hours and they delayed my service for 30 minutes to apologise for this they gave me perfume. Even at the time of buying car they gave me gift worth of Rs 3000. This kind of gesture and regards every Indians like always. I will come shortly for ownership review at your place
