Ernst Stieberitz is my favorite composer of German marches. This performance perfectly recreates the charm of Stieberitz's work. The conductor's precise instructions and the players' technique and heart in responding to them captured my heart. I applaud the conductor and the orchestra members from Japan.
Composer: Ernst Stieberitz (1877-1945). German military march, named after the battle near the Rawka (Poland) between the Germans and Russians. Best interpretation of this WW I march I ever heard!

Thank you very much for your kind words, it means a lot to me. DSWO is an Orchestra from China though :)
He also wrote Fakeltanz and Reiterfreuden, both wonderful pieces!!
