*I had used this lasser for a long time if you are using this inside is fine,if you need it for outside get the green light beam is more expensive but is better for outside purposes*

Can anyone tell me if I can remove the bracket from the laser light? Or is it glued on?

Brought one and not that impressed.
When working close to laser line tool as opposed to the beam you can see the line pulsing.
Thought it might have been the battery but changed that and same problem !
Also brought dewalt receiver in a day office refit would not even read at 3 metres.
Really unimpressed.

Roger Bean it is meant to pulse so the receiver can pick up the pulse, the receiver is meant to be used over 10 metres

best to get the new Imex LX3D in red or green beam. Have long life alkaline charger and usb port charger same as your phone. Make the Dewalt look stupid

I have thrown away several DeWalt tools because the replacement batteries are too expensive. Give me the AA batteries anytime.
