can any one explain what he mean by saying at 18:10 that the one helical turn (12 ) and the two helical turn make heptomer and the nanomer facing the same direction on the dna double helix?

As you move up or down the DNA the double helix is rotating around. Think of going up a spiral staircase to be facing the same direction as 9 steps previous or ahead.
