Is this one supposed to be intuitive? She has joint pain, so she has lupus. I mean it makes sense, but it's so hard to make the link at first, nothing is pathognomonic from her symptoms (butterfly rash, photosensitivity etc) - I guess I should keep solving cases🥲

Arthritis + low platelets usually = SLE. Throw poor renal function on top of it, it solidifies it more.
