I have 9 Arc'teryx items. One of which is the Beta FL Gortex Pro. The jacket has let in water several times from the moment i bought it.The shop I bought it from sent it for treatment and its still leaking. I've had nothing but resistance when asking that I get my jacket replaced. I live and climb in Scotland and the Alps. Arc'teryx! Your customer service is terrible and over the last 4 years the product has became fashionable instead of durable. I've spent over 30 years in the mountains and the Beta FL is the worst jacket I have ever invested in. Its disappointing and unacceptable to be treated like this.
I will now be forced to move away from the ARC'TERYX family and find Safety in the mountains from another company

Arc'teryx is owned by amer sports. The parent company owns Solomon and Wilson. Amer sports is owned by a separate parent company anta sports and is Chinese owned. Anta sports has been accused a couple times of using Uyghur cotton. The uyghurs are in camps in china's Xinjiang region, many are forced into labor camps or re-education camps. Anta sports is most likely not the only company using uyghurs cotton. Please don't buy cotton from amer sports subsidiary's, Arc'teryx Wilson Solomon etc.
