As a Dolia main, it's kinda rare to play on a random Heino user who is familiar with this secret skill. Also, I think HOK must at least minimize the level requirment. It is kinda hard for a support to reach level 15 before Heino can able to utilize the secret skill.
Nah, it will be too op since the skill can freeze any enemy inside it. It's fair that it requires both to be lvl 15, which is good for late game or comeback

we activated this already from our recent match but its to hard to pull off bcoz the stopping time effect is too short yout even reach your enemy hahaha its less than 2 seconds. i guess when activating this you need to activate heinos projectile mode so it can reach multiple enemies inside the barrier...I hope this ULT will get a revise version just like voids ult from DOTA that would be Awesome!!

I think you need to use dolia ult on heino. After heino used his ult, it's the second ult that triggered the time stop.
