We've been running our for a few weeks and we really like em, nice and light and very airy super comfy, pretty dang nice improvement on the "Lego helmet" front!
As a downhill helmet hitting that tree you head will probably be find your neck on the other hand may complain a little. That is one classy bit of kit and a GREAT discount
Do these fit round heads or oval heads. I have quite an oval head, struggle a lot with helmet fit. 62cm. Thinking about one of these. I have a Super3 right now which is a pretty good fit, tipped fed a little. I think the Super DH fits pretty well too. But this looks better vented and lighter. Are you still happy with yours?
I am very fussy about helmets and shoes when it comes to fit. I must admit this is easily my favourite helmet and I have had a lot of them over the years. I guess my head is oval but ideally it is great if you can try them on. Good luck.
A question for you Lance. When removing the helmet do you always remove the chin guard?I have just bought this helmet and find that the hard sides of the chin guard rub my ears quite badly when removing it.
I pretty much never take the chin guard off. I take my helmet on and off all the time as the camera is on the chin and I get paranoid itis not on. I have no issues with this. If you loosen the ratchet at the back it makes it much easier.
I bought this helmet and it seems to be tighter on the sides and less coverage than my other GIRO helmet, is that just me? I at first got a medium like my other helmets but it seemed big, I traded it for a small and I am unsure if the helmet is small or maybe I am not used to it.
Helmets are like shoes. Some fit differently. I initially tried the GIRO helmet, but the fit was all wrong for me. My latest Leatt fits me like a glove.
@bestdayevermtb2 I appreciate the response! It was a big purchase so although I love the multi use part, I will probably have to stick with GIRO and I purchase another one of their helmets. Thank you for your time!
Had one. The thin flimsy retention strap/dial broke and couldn't get a replacement one to fix it. Rang supplier and was told too bad. $300 buck down the drain!!!!
@@todddecourcy5786 Thanks for the feedback. What do you mean not convinced on the 360 turbine feature? I am on my third one and no issues with the previous two.
Got one!!! Love it!! So light and comfortable 😊😊
Must admit really enjoying mine.😁

Trying to think what a lego helmet looks like.😃
Probably like a leatt gravity 4.0 withouth the visor

The helmet doesnt look like its got many air vents. Is the airflow good?
It has great airflow. I ride with it as full face nearly all the time as that is how I film. Vents great.

How does it compare to Leatt MTB Enduro 4.0 v23?
Sorry I don't know as have not had that model to review.
@@bestdayevermtb2 Hi, you have actually reviewed it: ua-cam.com/video/agTUqkNrSMQ/v-deo.html
keep the chinbar on always, if you like having teeth that is.
I must admit, given the helmet is so light I have the chin bar on most of the time.
Instructions, never going to read that😂

Looks smart in the flesh too 🙌
Riding in your underpants with a full face now so your friend can’t see you XC ing😂
Don't think anyone wants to see me in Lycra. 😂
Also those pads are slightly differently sizes, i think 15mm thick and 20mm thick so if chin bar is a bit loose or tight you can swap em👍🏻
I find eventually they squash down to be about the same.😂
DH rated laundry bags? 😂
Highly unusual video timing lance! Are we to expect 3x vids a week from now on?😂
Video to coincide with official global launch of the helmet.

Thanks for the discount code Lance just ended up buying one, they look awesome!
Cheers
You will love it.
Love it! How far away is Xmas???!! (great comedy as well)
You can't put a price on safety. But 20% off helps.😂😂😂

Bugger that is no good. This is my third one and so far no issues.
It was a good helmet, liked the fidlock buckle, lightweight but wasn't convinced on the 360 turbine MIPS style feature.

Why would I go to Milan in my underpants? 😂
My wife is a roadie who is obsessed with Italy. I always wear shorts otherwise I get pulled over by the police.😂
@@bestdayevermtb2 Time for an Underpants 😁unboxing video :-)
I see it's a Large, what's your head circumference? Some say the fit is a little big...
Just measured it at 60.5cm. hope that helps
Love the helmet and the guys at bikelab The Rapa are awesome helped me out many times
Don't you hate auto correct. Yes the guys at Bike Lab Te Rapa have been so good to me and have helped out lots of Dad's Army when they drop in.😁
