Lyrics is the soul of the song. That's what KK sir used to say. And, there is not a single singer apart from Kishore Kumar and Udit Narayan, who did better justice to the lyrics of the song. Singers nowadays are really bad in their pronunciation and the list includes Arijit as well. The song often sounds under-baked due to that.
